This is a total scam. Do not provide any information and hang up immediately.

"These are automated phone calls which indicate that the person’s Gate City
Bank debit card has been cancelled, and prompts people to input their debit
card information. This is a scam, and people should not release any of their
card information over the phone in response to these calls.

If someone has released their debit card information and suffered a loss of
funds, they should call their local law enforcement agency and also contact
their bank."

Same voicemail message both to my phone and my husbands about Gate City Bank card that we do not have. Local evening News cast had a warning about this scam.
