Just had a call from this number it played a short bit of music then said thanks and hung up. can anyone help

we get a call on our business line in the UK every day from this no. it drives us mad, has been happening since Feb 2008ish. just pauses then puts phone down. British Telecom cannot find it, mind you they haven't looked this far. One of the sites it belongs to is an Arab educational site & Nortel, but it is all gobbledegook to me! Just wish they would stop. If you ring it back it just rings out after about 10 mins.
