i have received calls from these people.  the person's name is james matthews and says he cannot leave confidential information on voicemail.  he says that i or my retained attorney needs to call back right away.  if we do not call back, he will put it into legal matters and embarrass me through work or at home.  i want these people to stop calling me.

Received EXACT same voicemail from "James Matthews" threatening the person on the voicemail (not me whatsoever) with a lawsuit and embarassment at work with legal action (which it's illegal to threaten or intimidate a caller). I called the number (901) 328-9334 back and spoke to "James Matthews" informing him that I don't appreciate him leaving voicemails for another person at my number and asked him if He was going to take my number off his "call list" or if I had to report him to the FTC for harassment. He said he would no longer call this number. Let's see if he calls again. I found out that (901) is an area code for the MEMPHIS TENNESSEE area.
