This number is a scam number for the 2 scammer trying to scam people out of money for supposed payday loans they took out.  They are dangerous people.  teh use the names Cliff Wilson and Frank Miller.  They threaten you with federal crimes like bank fraud, internet fraud, and theft by deception if you do not pay the payday loan amount (usually in the thousands).  I was scammed for a lot of money.  Be careful that they will take debit cards and MoneyGram.  Their moneygram company is IBM in Palm Coast FL.   i have called the police and Attorney General in my state.  Be careful.

I am from NC. I have gone thru the same exact thing yesterday.  The scary part is they had my name, work # and social sec number.  I have contacted the FBI in NC and Florida.  They wanted me to send them $3250 to the same Palm Coast Florida.  IBM. And they wanted me to go to Moneygram to Walmart!! OF COURSE I DIDNT.  But be careful!!!!

I received a call from Cliff Wilson this afternoon threatening to sue me and if I didn't send him $$$$. It's quite scary and last year they did get me for $1500.00.
The number he left for me to return a call was 901-328-9339!!!
Unbelievable...people will try anything twice!

I have recieved calls from this number and the person gave his name as Sam Johnson, he was trying to get me to pay money or go to jail. What a crock!. I can't get him to stop calling. He calls me at work every day even when he is told I am on vacation or out sick, he still calls. He is very rude and wont let me talk, he only threatens me. I have not and will not ever give him any money or any of my information.

I got a call and then my boss got a call from the same number!  He didn't even get my name right on the call and he was harrassing my boss.  Is there something you can do to stop this?  I surely dont want to lose my job because of some idiot who can't even get my name right...so apparently he doesn't have the right information about me in the first place....wow, what a bunch of idiots!

I received a call 2 weeks ago from Cliff Wilson stating that I have past due pay day loan from 2004 and he threatened to sue me and tell me I would spend up to 60 days in jail. He said I owe 2250.00 At that time I paid him 150.00 from my debit card but thinking he would send me paperwork of this debt I owe. He has been calling me for the past week everyday requesting more money but this through a money gram and he refuses to give me the money gram info until I am at "Walmart". I found this suspicious and I started doing research and I found others like myself. I have put a block on my debit card and I am rejecting his calls but he is still calling me. Any advice?

I have received numberous phone calls from this number. they are stating that they are going to get the police to come to my work and arrest me. which is against the law!!!!He told me his name was Sam johnson with a foreign accent and an American name.  
This number has been forwarded to my HR department and is investigating this for me.

I got the same phone call yesterday from a Cliff Wilson.  He spoke with an Indian accent.  He told my co-workers that I owe his company at least $6,000 for a payday loan I took out in 2004.  When I questioned the amount, he got very upset about.  I told him to send me the legal documents in the mail, and then only then will I pay his company the amount. He then threathened me and said that the police will be on there way to arrest me in front of my boss and co-workers at lunch time.  When I told him not to call me again, he said that he can do it anytime he wanted to and would get me fired my job because no one wants a felon working for them.  I promptly disconnected the line. This idiot has been calling me for the past year always on Monday mornings and sometimes every other day.

I have received a phone call from a guy calling himself Jeff Hammond.  He started calling my home at 7 in the morning asking for the phone number of my sister. He said she owed 1800 in the morning and by mid afternoon he was saying it was up to 4000.  When my father tried to get a phone number and the name of his company he refused numerous times.  Finally he gave him this number but said it would be disconnected.  My father asked if he worked for the gov. and he said "no" yet he claimed to be part of the Department of Financial Crimes.  After he could not get any phone number out of my father he kept calling back until someone answered and asked for me.  He then told me that if I did not give him the number he wanted I would also be arrested along with my sister.  He called almost every hour.  It is illegal for a collection company to call more than once a week, when I told him this he ignored me.  I hung up on him and he called right back. Instead of getting angry I started to chat with him.  I said I didn't believe he was american as he could not understand half of what I was saying and then very calmly I told him that he is all over the internet.  He then hung up and has not called back.  He spent from 7am-230pm trying to get my sisters #.  It is a scam if he was legit he would realize she has not lived in this house for 4 years.  He has called this number before but always on a Monday.  Today he was just more adamant but we made it clear he will NOT now or EVER get any info from us.  I'm not even sure  how he got our names
