TOTAL SCAM - ILLEGAL CON ARTISTS TRYING TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY AND MONEY. My elderly MOTHER got a call from Ria at Sienberg regarding a "Fax Order" of civil complaint being served against me for Loan Fraud and Breach of Contract. Further they will serve me at my place of employment and my local court. It is imperative that I call her at 901-866-5974 with case 015-XXXXXX. She ended by saying "you have been officially notified". Such BS. My information was hacked when applying for a loan online. My information was sold over and over and I have received calls from these scammers for 9 years. They call me at work, leave voice mails at work, threaten to show up at my office, call my HR Manager, and my elderly mother. FBI says there is nothing they can do. These people use a spoof card and can change their phone numbers and caller id to say anything such as "Sheriff's office", "District Attorney", etc. They are untraceable. Do Not Talk To Them. Do not give them your identity information, bank information, work address or home address because they steal and/or show up and cause physical harm!

SHE WAS GOING 2 SERVE ME AT MY RESIDENT OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT W/DOCUMENTS 2 APPEAR IN COURT. IF I HAD AN ?S OR CONCERNS BOUT THE COMPLAINT OR 2 RECTIFY THIS OUTSIDE OF COURT B4 BEING SERVED 2 CALL THIS # REFERENCE CASE # 2015-152628 & THAT I HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED.

I received  a voice mail from Leah hunter. President recorded and my name filled in by a computer. Incoming call number from west Virginia 304 441 0708. She told in regards to a civil complaint a fax order to serve me and I must call 901 866 5974, and reference number xxxxx stated I had been officially noitified.
Someone had stolen my information and applied for payday loans online. Ever since then I have been getting  random phone calls like this, it's a scam because if it was official you would have been served already at  your home or place of employment, not a phone call.
Beware! Do not give these people any information.

So this just happened to you yesterday the same lady called me and left a message yesterday and today called my work and said the same thing to the person who answered the at my work in regards to me

Got a second call from this number said a civil complaint order needed to be delivered at residence or work.  I blew the first one off.  Second time I called them back.  Person said it was faxed in.  I called when I asked what sort of business stated information center.  I asked them the name gave me some Fineberg and Associates name.  They wanted my DOB and SSAN before giving any more info.  I told them it must be a scam so don't bother me any more.

Just wrote the above.  I must add the person claimed to be out of Georgia but the internet shows Tenn.  When did a place call to let you know they were going to deliver a summons.  I had to call it a debt collection as there was not a category for civil summons.

Got this call yesterday and its a load of crap.  First if there's a judgement it already went to court no need to fixit before.  Laos the number corresponds to 2 different states.  I didn't even respond or try to find out what they wanted.  Don't fall for this. Its a scam.

Just got the call too from 901-866-5974 telling me I have been warned and will be served.
First of all, I never answer these bogus call or would I ever give my info to these ppl. Such Bull. I'm happy that we all are smart enough to catch the bull.
It sucks because they can't trace or find out who these mystery ppl are.
Let's stay smart and ignore random calls, especially if you don't know who it is. I always let it go to my voicemail and if they leave a message i check it. So that's another way to stay safe. Never answer calls that you don't know.

Yeah, so these ppl used to be less sophisticated and have a random recording call, now they are making so much money as scam artists they actually hired live people!  So, I got this call (second day in a row) from a 574 area code (Indiana) from a Melinda Thompson stating that there are 2 check fraud charges and that I was going to be served, yada yada yada.  Then she gave an address I haven't lived at since 2006....okay, 2006...that's 9 years ago.  If this was real, I would have had something on my credit report and it ain't there.  the weird thing is, I keep changing my cell phone number and about 6 months after I do, they find out my new number.  Probably shouldn't put any number on any applications for credit.  Glad I don't put it on my work numbers.  If they show up here, that would be crazy.  They tell me to call back 901-866-5974.  Yeah, right [***]...come and get me!!!!

I got the same messages left on my voice mail every day. I never bother to call back because I know they are scam. I am so embarrassed because my sister in law called and she is saying that this Melinda Thompson called-left case# and so forth..
I know know what to do -called FDCFA but the office that I contacted is out of their jurisdiction and told me to go local here in California which I have not done that yet. Do you think they will come at your work or place of residence. I check my credit report and don't see any derogatory about my credit. We need to stop this. Please advise.
