got a call form thus person, he was vague about his business. Claimed to be an officer of some kind

someone call me from this number today why i was online trying to get a loan he told me I can get up 1000 dollars he has me to put 170 dollars on a greendot moneypak card he said it will take 45 minutes to deposit the money into the bank now I think he took my 175 of my card and I didn't get that long

Name: Roy Wilson claiming to be account manager for National Cash Advance.  Sent me email a "Loan Approval Contract Paper" for $3000 with monthly payments of $265.42; however, loan charges of $220 must be paid with a green dot card.  Foolishly I did just that--then was faxed Form668(Y)(c)- "Notice of Federal Tax Lien" which I questioned by calling the Revenue Officer R A Mitchell at 786-360-8376 for $486.93.  Was told this had to be paid by a green dot card and would then get the loan.  WRONG.  Then was told needed an additional $400 and would give the loan....when I refused and challenged this was told that the loan could not be given until the additional money was received and eventually hung up on me when I challenged this. This is from Moscow Fayette, TN.  Botton line -- $706.93 was paid by green dot and the loan was refused...I got no loan...wish I knew how to get my money back.

I am glad I checked this, thank you for the posting. I was about to call and start the process.. The guy that emailed me is Roy Wilson and says to be the Account Manager from USA Cash Loans...
