called me on my cell phone this morning, didn't leave a msg.

Keeps calling, rings once and hangs up

Called hung up. Then later a text message from 6045623251 comes saying "Do not call me again!" Not sure if this is related but this is the third time in 24 hrs.

There is a telemarketing company from out of country that is stealing the #'s of regular folks like you and I, then posing their caller ID #'s to represent their company to do scam calls. This way you can't trace them. however, poor normal folks like us get texts or call backs (I have experienced it as a caller and being called) to say "why the hell do you keep calling me". So government needs to do something. They are obviously violating law, as Canadian law for marketing says you have to have a caller ID which people can call you back at. What they are doing ripping people's #'s off to use as their caller ID doesn't do that...but if they are out of country, how do you chase them? No one is safe!!!!!!!

My phone rang a couple of times then quit.  I put this number on the reject list.

got miss call on my cell in Montreal, Quebec, Canada... no voice mail. call back (in nova scotia) it said that the time has expired for a survey

that number called my cell twice in the last 12 hours. Didn't answer no caller id. Annoying

Have received a few calls from this number.  They have never left a message.

You pay $110 a month for cell service because you are stupid. Nobody should be paying a wireless bill that high, even if you are making long distance calls and using a lot of data.

Calls every other week. On my home phone I have the option to block a number. Cell companies should offer the same thing.

I'm registered with the Do Not Call list, but these people managed to slip through anyway.

I got called by this number, what's worse is that they didn't bother leaving me a message. I wouldn't call them back, there's a hefty fee which will be charged towards your phone bill if you phone that number back. From what people are posting on here, it looks like someone is running a system and fishing active phone numbers to likely give out to another party like those which offer fake free cruise ship prizes and an absurd amount of Air Miles. The "Do Not Call List" is a waste of money, it doesn't do the job.

Called me today, November 19, at 10:50 am in Mississauga ON. I didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message. I have also gotten calls apparently from BC which I haven't picked up and they haven't left a message.I have learned that if I don't recognize the area code to not pick up. If it's something or someone important they'll leave a message and I'll call back.
