Not a call, phone number refers to multiple web sites pertaining to represent you in court (debtrelief.com).  The actual firm is William E Brewer Jr, Attorney at law, 619 N, Person St, Raleigh, NC, 919-832-2288.  It is also related to multiple contest sites and survey sites to entice people to provide peraonnal information.  I filled a survey last year on personnal income and finance using two Canadian Banks I do not deal with and giving a portfolio of 1 million plus asset.  I received multiple Phishing for those two banks asking me to log-in about two months later, than, 6 months later, the ISP W2P2 and Iweb were trying to get into the server sniffing ports at 3 minutes interval.  Be very carefull with them.  W2P2 is in Montreal but was radiated from ther Quebec Register in 2004 but are still running hundreds of sites they all own.
