Same recorded message as everyone. Do not call back. IRS will send letter by mail and email first, then call from a local branch if they need to reach you.

Fake IRS Scam. They will ask some questions and then tell you that you owe them $7500 for tax years 2010 - 2014.  Then the tell you that an arrest warrant has been issued and that your house, car and bank accounts will be seized and they will pursue you at your job. They give you an option to settle "out of court" today, then after you settle a IRS officer will come to your house to explain the mistakes that you made. If you ask them to send documentation they said that a certified letter was sent twice but ignored and that the time for that has past. Now your options are to get arrested and fight it in court where fines of $22,000 - $25,000 may be imposed. Sounds like they are calling from India. If you ask any questions that are not covered on the script they just hang up on you.

Keeps calling me over and over and I keep picking up and listening for about a pico-second and then hang up on them.
I sense a disturbance in the force on the other side of the line.
