Rang only once, no one on the line

Phone rang about 4 times, answering machine came on, caller hung up.  Caller ID said "Texas".

Caller ID for this number showed "Marshall Swift".  Internet search showed Marshall & Swift to be in the real estate industry.  Headquartered in California, with employees located in Texas.  No message left.

These guys are contractors for the insurance industry, following up with clients who have not returned surveys to update housing construction information.  This data helps the insurance company make sure a house is not over- or under-insured in case it needs to be rebuilt after a major claim.  My insurance company is USAA, who told me that this Marshal Swift company is legitimate.

this is the number for MSB, they're a company that provides cost data for the insurance industry, as well as survey services for this industry. If they're calling you it's becasue USAA/Electric/State Auto etc has asked them to make sure your policy is up to date. I work at the helpdesk for this company. They're calling for a completely legitimate reason.
