George Schneider (heavy middle eastern accent) calling to collect $512 dollars by Wisa card (I think he meant Visa) for a legal matter that he said he would download to the state with a Federal ID # unless I paid for the matter today.

He trys to read something that resembles Unites States law, but it is really just a bunch of non-sense...

This is a complete fraud and a complete joke...

If you want to have some fun with it, ask them to re-read the complaint over and over again...  Or tell them you have Discover Card, but no Wisa....  Much fun....

they are calling me day and night, saying they are with my local police department. He says his name is Officer John Smith, and that the police are being dispatched to my home tonight and if im not there then he will come to my job in the morning. i have called my local police department and they said to file a police report on line and then call my phone carrier to have the number blocked! very scarry to have to deal with. i dont owe anyone money like this man states on the phone so that is why i know its a scam.

I am having the same problem.  they are calling my cell and my work.  I cannot make them go away.
When I ask them for their address to send a DNC Letter they say pay me and I will send the letter 14 days after you pay.

A Middle Eastern accented [***] named 'Officer Rickey Johnson' continually calls a place of work, claiming to be the local police department (with "the Department of Bureau of Criminal Investigation"). He threatened us with 'thousands of calls a day' unless we forwarded his message.

The harassment is nearly unbearable.

i got the same call saying that i owed them money and if i dont pay them the money that the police is going to come arrest me in 30 mins and that they had 30 mins to download the case to the court, but the court was going to charge me 5000 dollars so it would be better to pay them. they said to use my card and pay them . they also had my social my house address and my number my work number my work email all my information . i thought it was scam because he called me sir instead of ma'am .

But i never gave them any information

Someone named Mark Williams with a heavy accent about a lawsuit being downloaded against my S.S. #. threatened me with arrest and refused to mail the info to me. Claimed an email was sent 3x, no way in hell did I get an email. Could understand him so I don't even know Company Name. If his name is Mark Williams with that heavy Indian accent then I will be playing point guard for the Celtics next year.

I just received a call from an Asia woman saying that I need to call Atty Ricky Johnson for a fraud case, and if I don't they will have the police to lock me up. I just called the authority to have them investigate for this matter.

Omg. This company has been calling me off and on for almost a year. I ignotlre them. I hang up on them and I laugh in their ear. This is just bogus crap and do not fall for it

I received the same phone call with various threats including the fraudulent $350 I owe will go to $8,000.00 because I am not willing to cooperate.  They told me to hire an attorney to resolve this matter.  I said I would not hire an attorney for a $350 debt I don't even owe especially since the attorney will cost much  more.  If this was real they would need to serve me! I am going to block the number at $7 / month.

I recieved the same damn call omfg went to the police office and they said that the man callings is from over size and they called the police office 30 time and they could believe that Officer Black aka [***] was calling them.

I keep getting a call from a man Samuel Baxter claiming I owe $985 and I need to pay $175 every two weeks until I pay this off also had someone from a 911 number calling saying I need to pay this money or I will get arrest I called courts house and police department and noone has anything warrants or anything on me. I have been so scared and terrified can't eat or sleep. This person is claiming he is from Burroff Criminal Investigations

"John Diaz" called my daughter's coworker's personal cell phone! She called them back from company phone. They said she needed to get my daughter out of her meeting, that they had a warrant and she was going to be arrested at 2pm if she didn't cooperate. Then my daughter called them and got the same mumbled jumbo.

Obvious scam. She never took at a payday loan. Law enforcement doesn't get involved in debt collection. They aren't going to call and warn you that they are going to arrest you. Weirdest part was they had her coworkers cell phone number....

this guy named "mikle black" said warrant for my arrest if did not pay. He even called my home at 630 in the morning.

I've been getting a call from an officer Samuel Baxton asking me to pay 550 now or if not he has a warrant for my arrest. I don't owe anyone any money. What can I do? Am just in shock.
