Check out the above link.  All the calls are the same and this is a scam.  My sister had this call also.  I suggest everyone forward the info to the Attorney General of their state so these people can be shut down!

Got This call at 7:12 PM Person said he was Steven Smith from a law firm and said that my name and social surity number were named in a law suit against me and that I was to contact them right away. At 904-383-4379

Same message from Steve Smith saying "you were listed as the primary suspect in a case downloaded against your name and social security number". His number did not show up on the caller ID so the call was not answered to begin with. After we heard this message, he called back for the third time and we answered. He said the same thing again and asked if he could help us fight this. Interesting how "Steve Smith" has such an Indian (not American Indian) accent. We told him to send the complete info in writing so we'll see what happens.

I received a call from these people on July 7, 2011, from a man named Bryan Davis, saying I was the primary suspect in something downloaded against me that matches my name and SSN, that this was a time sensitive matter and me or my attorney need to contact them. I will definitely be reporting it to FL officials.

Bryan Davis also had an accent.

I received the same call but could not understand the man except I was able to understand the 904-383-4379. My called ID said 781-944-4722 name appeared as Shan Uarsha.I am not calling either number but wanted to share with you all the information.
