This company has been calling my home on a monthly basis for 2 years.
For the first year I pushed 2 to delete my name from their list. I am signed up for the DO NOT CALL list and they still call. I have reported their phone number to do not call, but they want a company name. 3 times have tried to get a company name from their operator only to be hung up on all three times.I now keep a whistle by the phone and for the last three months I push one for their operator and blow.

I received a call from this number at 8:57pm last night.  Since I have gotten tons of these phone calls in the past, I finally decided to press 1 to talk to someone.  After a minute or so, a man came on the line and said, so you want to reduce your credit card rates?  And I asked him which credit cards he was referring to.  He said "All of them, across the board".  Then I said "Well which credit cards are you calling for?" and he called me a stupid, f***** b****!  I told him that he needed to watch his mouth and he hung up on me.  I was so pissed!  Well I havent received any of the calls today, but I did go to Walmart and buy an air horn so the next time they call, they will get an ear full!!!!

just got a call from this number. said hello, silence..waited a moment and then said hello again and they disconnected the call. I called it back and the number has been disconnected.  I know this is a spoof call. Just would love to know who is doing it.  I have had several different phone numbers come in on my caller id and after 2 hellos, they disconnect. sooooo, i call them all back and they are all disconnected. So, in my case, I know it is someone that is using the spoof system.....

I've had several calls from this phone #.  I never pick up because my caller ID say " Out of Area".  The 904 area code is in Texas.

Got a recording stating that this was my "final notice" to reduce the interest rate on my account. Did not indicate any particular account.

Recording gave me the option of pressing 1 for more information or 2 to discontinue. I chose 2. If I had more time on my hands, I would have tried 1 just to see what they were up to.

I've pressed 2 in the past and it does nothing, they are still calling... What ticks me off the MOST... is we have NO credit cards! So how can lower anything???

it's because you gave lendingtree.com the right to search for better interest rates...and the web or subsequent vendors has now been woven

received call at 9am.  no message left.  I called back and recording came on saying the number had been disconnected.

Got an automated call this morning from this number.  Woman's voice said something about lowering interest rates, so I hung up.

I thought the do not call list worked to block this type of unwanted soliciting, but nothing is perfect.

Call them back at 813-418-5811, and insist that they cease calling you.  Then go file a complaint with the FTC.

Lots of companies like this use spoofing software or services to create any caller ID number they desire.  This may sound like its illegal but they actually  work with phone service providers for big money to be able to do this.

After numerous calls for months, I finally hit "1" and spoke to a woman from "Credit Services," but she wasn't more specific. I made a formal complaint on the Do Not Call registry (donotcall.gov). It only takes a minute. Who would enter into any kind of agreement with this shady company?

Same as most of the above, final notice to reduce interest rates etc etc. I pushed 1 to speak to a service rep - woman answered straight away, "Credit Services..." I asked her what bank she represented and she said they couldn't represent a specific bank, but across the board. I asked her how she got my number "...various sources.....I must have applied to reduce my interest rates....." (I haven't!) Then I asked her if she knew what the Do Not Call list is. She asked me for my number and said she would put it on her list. We shall see.... I am now going to report the company/number on the Do Not Call website,.

How can someone call from that # and when I call immediately back, the # is (supposedly) disconnected??? That and don't call my house at 9 pm at night when my friends and family would not call that late considering I have small kids. I guess if I was a loser working the system I would know how to do annoying crap like that!

Like others before me, I get a call from this number frequently saying "this is the last chance to reduce my credit card interest". IF I hit "1" the person who answers the phone (after the automated message) says they can lower my credit card interest. I did not contact any company for this. They say I contacted them, but I did not. I ask them each time to take me off their phone list - they ignore doing that. They are also rude and hang up on m, and they continue to call me.

When I call this number back, I get a message that the number has been disconnected. This is probably THEIR OWN RECORDING. It is also a PHISHING SCAM to get my credit card information. I am going to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Federal program, and with the state Attorney Generals office next.

1 904-398-4657 just called, and when I picked up the phone, a man on the other end said "7 VIBRATING DOLDOES IS NOW A MEME"...over and over again. He then told me that he was calling because someone in my household had signed up for NAMBLA.

I hung up. WTH is NAMBLA, anyway?
