called and stated i owed money or a payday loan and if i didnt pay i would go to jail and that the only way i could make payment was to do western union and call her when i got there and she would tell me who to send it to she was supposed to send me a email and she never did i wanted to know the name of the company were they were and all she told me was PCI and that were stationed in Jacksonville Florida i called them back and called them back the next morning at 8am in the morning and the person that answerd the phone SHE WAS IN A DEEP SLEEP AND I ASKED ARE YOU OPEN SHE SAID THIS IS THE ANSWERING SERVICE i asked her how is that and you are in a deep sleep make a long story short the girl i was talking to all along was Brelyn Podgins so please anyone whos getting these calls dont send money check these people out

Get a frightening call from a “criminal investigator” threatening to “download your case file” with the courthouse if you don’t immediately pay off a loan you don’t remember getting? Or an e-mail from an “attorney” saying you’ll be prevented from getting work anywhere in the United States if you don’t call her immediately to settle charges made against you by a payday lender you’ve never heard of? It’s scary because they have personal details about you, perhaps even your Social Security number. But it’s just a scam. Don’t fall for it.

This lady called said I had a payday loan to pay or I would go to jail... To get to awestern union ASAP! Or she would file a warrant for my arrest in the county in which I lived. So I called the police department and they had told me it was all a scam... If they were real they would not be using western union... That the reason they can't take debit or credit cards over phone is because there would be a paper trail... To exactly where they are and who they are.

I got a call like this at work too and they asked for my supervisor and she fowarded the call to me and left a message statng that she was an investigater and that I need to call her asap.This was very frightening because she called my job.

ann marie davis called from this same number to my wife. she is full of crap.. she said we had to pay now or we would be located, and prosecuted. Payment was by western union.. NO GO, this lady is now texting me she will call me when she gets back to her office. I dont think so jack.,

My daughter in law received a phone call from someone named Vivian who said she was an attorney and was trying to locate me. When I called this person, she said that I needed to wire money through Western Union by that night or I would be arrested the next day. I looked up the name of the company and discovered that others had also received the same threat. The company name is Bahama Marketing Group and Vivian said she was from O'Brien Management, which appears to be some kind of an investment and financial group, not a law firm. I did not send any money to this so called company.
