Indian man called claiming he is officer eric johnson and my name and ssn are under question and my ssn has been blacklisted and the gov will be taking legal action aginst me if i do not call him back asap. he claims to be from the "Legal Affidavit Processing Department"

I received multiple texts and voicemails from this number (904) 402-9755. They sound like they are from India and claiming to be from Advance America Cash Advance. They wanted to know if my account bank is overdrawn or if there is plenty of money in it. I said there is no money but it's not overdrawn. Then he immediately started asking about my credit cards. He was very disappointed when I informed him I would be applying at the local branch not over the phone.
