Got a text from 9044046235 saying go to http://bestbuyrwdz.com/?444 and enter code 7757 to calim $1000 gift card

I also received a text from 904-404-6235 saying that my entry had won.
"Attn. Ut. Best Buy shopper, your entry has won! go to http://bestbuyrwdz.com/?4444 and enter code 7757 to claim your $1000 gift card today"
Did we all win?

My friend at work got the same message. He called the number to try and find out more info and it was pretty funny. You really need to call it.

Your friend might not find it so funny when he/she finds out how much they have been charged for their call. The general rule of spam is to not respond to it at all.

I also received a text from 904-404-6235 saying to go the same address and type in code 7757 to redeem the $1000 gift card, they also say you need to apply to their websites, and give them your credit card number. Bad news.

There is always some scoundrel praying upon the weak and unsuspecting thinking to extract what he feels is rightfully his due.

SCAM!!!  DO NOT CALL

This is a scam out of Panama. The domain is registered to somebody that is keeping their name private. They have a phone number registered as 507.65995877 in Panama. Why can't we get AT&T to kill their number?

Same SMS as "Jason B" above - confirmed via WHOIS that site is registered to somebody in Panama (as "Chip" noted). Emailed abuse@bestbuy.com to report content and number.

Just got a text from this number telling me to go to http://targetrdzn.com/?4444 and enter code 7757 to claim my $1000 gift card.   Looks like they move on to target shoppers...

I got the same scam message.  These guys need to be shut down ASAP.
