Creepy Lady-Mrs. Jordan called me saying I needed to immediately return her call with this reference number.  I thought it was a credit scam, but called back.  She wouldn't tell me what the call was about, entirely.  I did understand that some girl is in legal trouble and I was listed as her first contact.  They also had a SSN for me, but it was incorrect.  And I had no clue who the girl was.  The lady was rude and acted like I was wasting her time.  
I know the phone number is registered in Jacksonville.
Think the company name is something like HNP Capital.

I been getting missed calls from this number the past 2 days.  They finally left a voice mail...Name sounded like a Miss Jordan too from HMB or HMP Capital and she has a file with my name on it and I need to call her back and she was making it seem urgent and then she said "good luck"/ same number and her extention is 262.  Good for her I won't be calling her back.

a mr. johnson left a message looking for a john murphy and that i should call immediately. he also said good luck. who is this?

I got a call from someone I could not understand the name they were asking for or the callers name I did get the phone number and a good luck at the end.  I decided not to call back

I just got a call from a lady at this number. She knew the city I lived in and said to call her immediately. This was a creepy call too. Will not call back. She also said "good luck"!

i gets calls from them all the time they threaten me telling me i have untill 5pm to call them are they are going tomserve me with papers they are very rude i get a miss roberts.

I was also contacted, they let me know about a bank transaction that was not cleared.  I told them I was on ssi and couldnt be garnished.  This was filed and since there are new laws concerning this, ssi was notified about this matter and I lost my benefits.  I am having to pay for all of the filling fees as well and pay back my benefits to ssi for a year.

I got a call today from a lady at ext 239 stating that I owed $420 and that i needed to pay it by 5pm today or that i would pay the consquences. So i hung up her and my mom called back and talked to a gentleman named Fred Cameron who said he was the director of the company and that i need to talk to him. so i called back and he said that it was attempt to collect a debt with e-payday loan and that i had until 4pm to call to settle it. so i called e-payday which i have an active account with and they said had no idea who this company was. so my mom called back and this time got a lady who said she was the diretor then he got back on the phone saying he was the director and that i need to send a moneygram to austin (which is the capital here in Texas) and make it to 6768. I have spoken to all of my loan companies and they all have said that my accounts are ok or I have made arrangements with the ones i need to. becareful of this company it sounds like a major scam to me. i also just spoke to another debt mediation company who happens to be from Jacksonville, Fl and she stated that she had never heard of the company HNP Capital be very careful

Well, if this is a scam, and I go to jail because of a bad check, i'm taking someone's butt with me.

Received a call from HNP Capital regarding a payday loan. Said I had until 5pm to make full payment. She also said that I was going to be served with papers. Very rude and wished me good luck.

The guy was Rick Moorehouse and he is creepy.

I have been receiving harassing calls from this company at my home work and parents house. They have contacted me for almost a year. They tried to sound threatening like i had to contact them immediately about i filing they had for me in the city of where i live. This is a fraud. I'm just ignoring them. The person who said their money was garnished is probably an employee of this bogus company. Their not a real collection agency. Their just frauds who recieved my info from the internet trying to trick me to give them money via western union its not gonna happen. Weird calls from jordan some other lady and a guy.

I have also received a call from mr. Johnson and he had me shook up, but if he keeps on he will be the one in jail. And the rest of the company, they are not surpose to make threatening calls and i am also having investigated so crew don't worry.. It's almost over for them guys they are a scam.

I received a call from a Nicole Grant and to call her at ext 366.  When I called to find out what it was all about they told me that I owe $439 to HSBC Bank and it was because of Web payday.  They said If I dont pay half of that amount that some was coming to my home in brooklyn.  by 9am tomorrow.  I told them that I do not have $219 dollars right now and that I will be able to pay $219 on 1/23/09.  Right now I am in a shelter and I can not afford to pay the full amount.  She put me on hold so many times and said if I dont pay the full amount by then then I will suffer the consequences.  Then she put me on hold and again and transferred me to another person.  He was rude and nasty and said if I don't ask around for someone to give me have of the amount then I will deal with them the hard way.  I was upset and told the man that I am unable to pay that amount in full.  I asked to him to give me his address so I can send something in on 1/23.  He said that do to the anthrax scare in 2001 that they do not accept mail there.  He said either I send the money by money gram or through a debit card.  I called my lawyer and told him the situation.  He told me it is a Federal Law that any collection agency collecting a debt must provide an address. My lawyer told me not to send anything to them and don't give out any information to them.  Until they send me something in writing I will not answer their call.

I received a phone call from Jason Powers at my work phone number. He advised me that I had broken the check writing law and that if I did not pay this by 3:00 pm they would have someone come to my job and arrest me. He shook me up very good at work and I almost sent him the money. Then I googled the phone number he called from and found all these interesting comments! So I called him back and told Mr. powers I googled his number and told him what I seen. I told him that he does not have authority to send someone to my job to arrest me for not paying something (that by the way I paid off in July of 2008)as to a pay day loan. When I called him out on being a collection agency and not an attorney as he claimed to be, he then told me he did not like me calling him and badgering him at work and put his Supervisor on the phone, Mr. Stewart at ext. 260. His supervisor swore his employee, Mr. Powers, never said that someone would come to my job and arrest me. He said I was probably distraught and blew everything out of context...which I KNOW I didn't. He called me at work and almost caused me to have a nervous breakdown. I told him I would be contacting the actual payday loan office to have the problem resolved. They cannot send anyone to arrest you and for them to be calling and threatening everyone like that is ridiculous. The name of the company is H&P Capital also.

Yes, I received a call from Mr. Fred Cameron (H & P Capital) at work! I called him back on my cell and he just started rambling the moneygram instructions and that he needed to receive a payment from me today or would send someone to my job or residence to arrest me! He claims my ssn # would be sent out to everyone and the only way to stop it was to pay by today! I told him this was the first time I s/w him and did not have the $! Then I asked for the address cause he stated they have in office here where I live, so I asked for the address and called him out on how he is calling me from a Florida (904) #. He asked why I needed the address of their supposed office here. When I informed him I was seeking legal representation and informed him I was terminating the call for he was threatening me, he calls and leaves me a voice message apologizing for being so abrasive and that I could speak w/ his partner (manager). Yes I googled the name of the co. as well and nothing comes up! THEY ARE NOT LEGIT! I previously filed a complaint against the (925) # of which normally is a man w/ a heavy accent rambling on.  I will now file a complaint w/ this #.

I just got a call from someone at the company names Marcus Kennenth and the same like everyone else at the end Good Luck. I am telling you these people have got me before scaring me talking about arresting me and this other mess. I will not be calling him back.I am callingsomeone on these people.

I received a call from these people about 2 weeks ago saying they were going to file charges. I recently went through a divorce and couldn't pay the loan back. They scared me so much I sent them 200.00. I still owe them 300.00

Some man left a message on my machine and called me "Ms. Sanchez", which I am not, not even close. HIs name was Mr. White.  He said this was the third time he had tried to contact me (which was not, I've never gotten a call from this [***]). He said that if I didn't return the call they were going through the file and blah, blah, blah, I didn' really understand what he was saying.  He then said GOODLUCK and kind of chuckled.  Welllll, no one talks that way to me. I called back (to make sure no one was using our SS#) as I was reading these comments and asked for him and they put me on hold.  As I read all yalls comments, I decided to hang up.
