Who just called to lower my interest rate?  What interest rate?

Just got a cal from them. Says based in FL. did not answer

Got a call. Phone was on silent while i took a nap. When I tried calling it back to see who it was, it said the phone number was disconnected.

same thing. got the call at work. didn't answer. googled the number and this came up.

Over the past six days, I have received calls from this number on my home phone and cell phone.  The automated offer is to "lower my credit card interest rate".  I am on the do not call list and DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

The "boiler room" background noice made it difficult to hear what was being said, but the company was not identified.  Good luck with finding this company!

These people are calling me all the time with different numbers all over the US! It just happened like a minute ago!!!! I'm tired of this... I hope someone figures out who they are....

Got the same call and when I answered no one was there called back and said disconnected.

The question everyone who are writing these post should be asking is not why are these people are calling cause im on a do not call list. But should be asking the cell phone companys why the hell don't you have a block for phone numbers. People can block e-mails, I can even block phone numbers with my land line phone. But cell phones can't BULLSH!T.

Cell phone companys probably like it when we waist our minutes on these calls.

They call from different numbers. From "Known DISCONNECTED" numbers. When you press the "1" key on your phone, you may get an answer from someone saying "Angel Center" or "Agent Center". When you complain that you want them to STOP, they hang up. When you attempt to call the number that appears on your cell phone, you get the message that it was DISCONNECTED. One person suggested to me that Zionist HATE groups sometimes use these type of TECH methods to HARASS people that they don't like. Did anyone here ever speak out against HATE???

Hey, I am just trying to determine a COMMONALITY for these occurrences.

If I am wrong, I accept that. If I am right, why hasn't anyone reported it?

In any case, does anyone here know of ANY OTHER COMMONALITY that would be closer to the mark and help us and law enforcement stop these [***]?

Just got one too! Something about lowering my interest rate?  I stayed on the line and someone picked up.  I immediately said take my name and number off this list. They hung up right away.  I tried to call back and the number is disconnected.  I am on the National Don Not Call List.  If I find out who they are I am going to make some money!!!  Keep all of your records!  Some people make a living from getting money from companies that call people on the do not call list!  see link http://cashmoneylife.com/dispelling-the-do-not-call-list-rumors/

I installed some Android Apps recently on my phone.  One of them may be selling peoples phone numbers!!  anybody else??

Got many calls and press 1 to talk to a real person. told them many times to take my number off but they just keep calling in to sell some interest lower product which definitely a spam. Bad guys.

Received this call on my cell phone while traveling.  "This is my second and final notice to lower my interest rate to as little as 6.9%"  Umm...I do not have any credit cards in my name - what interest rate are you wanting to lower?  So irritated!  I have received 3 phone calls all from different numbers - all with the same recorded message.  On the third call, I pressed one to speak to an agent, asked to speak to a manager or supervisor - I was hung up on.
