i do not know why canada would be calling florida or do they realize they are. besides they leave this message:
"hi this call is for ( first name no last thats fishy) please call me back as your name was brought to my attention I am only hear to help..."  
well it starts off okay right wrong this is how it ends
"my staff members are going to more than willing to service you in this matter it is urgent you get back to us"
yeah okay and my staff will call you back i mean please thats right up there with the 3 top calling flaws of a con:
"my staff..."
"we traced you"
"hurting credit report"
etc etc.

Global something

I was charged $23.00 on my cell number for a call from this number.  I do not know anyone and did not call anyone in canada

It's a collection agency called Global International.
