They leave messages saying they want to talk but don't leave the company name.

This jerk Warren Burton call me and tells me to call him. I call this fool, and he askes me to go to my neighbors house and know on the door to give them a message.. I finally hung up on him when he would not tell me what was going on. There is something very wrong with this guy.

Mr. Burton was acting all nice when he left a message. But when you call him it won't be nice.
He is with Global Collections

Some guy named Warren asking me to call him back...no way no how. If its important leave me more than just a name and number  .Tell me why you want me to call you back. Stupid caller.

Calling a DEAF person at work via regular phone.
I don't believe it's legal for creditors to call my work place.
And I would prefer they contact me in writing - for obvious reasons!

Collections Agency - Warren called, was an [***] - put me on hold once he got the info he needed.

They can only call to confirm your place of employment. Once they start asking about money owed (if you do owe money) then its against the law.

Mr. Warren is a nice guy and just doing his job so he can pay his bills and feed his family. Give the guy a break.

I am the landlord for someone that Warren at 905-413-8775 is calling about. I do not think that it is right that this credit collector is calling me looking to get in touch with my tenant for him. Warren do you own damn job and call her yourself. And never call me and disturb me or my family again.

This is a collection agency. You do not have to talk to him, you do not have to call him back. In fact you can ignore him as he can only make phone calls. He cannot freeze you bank account like Canada Revenue Agency can. He could take you to court but he has no EVIDENCE or anything with your signature on it. In fact if you want to fight fire with fire call him back and put some loud music on. Preferable music with a heavy bass beat and repeat as often as necessary. :-)

They are trying to get confirm information they have no right to.
Very annoying people and will not allow you to get a word in edgewise. Your best option is to hang up and only deal with the via letter.

He is trying to collect the information but he is a jerk does not identify properly and he is rude if he was in front of you he would try to punch you kind of guy

This guy is a complete jerk and he has no right to call you at all, his collection agency bought your credit owened dollars for 10 cents per dollar so they can make some money by harassing people. Remember if you already paid your credit card's interest for a year you have paid your debt a  long time ago plus credit card companies are insured dollar to dollar. So these colection jerks are frauds and are doing things against the law period. Second this jerks name is a fake name not even his own. Don't talk to him ignore him period. Call the cops on him if he comes around your property period. I wish it could be like in the States and use lethal force if he comes on your property to threaten you verbally and physically.

Yeah, I talked to a dick named "Warren" too, but he wouldnt give me a last name and mumbled the company name so hard I couldnt catch it

Calling all the time ..he's extremely douchey too

Has been calling me for the last few days so i answered the call.  Instead of as much as a hello or telling me his full name and name of his organization, he asks me for my last name etc.  Hung up on him because he was getting rude.  He has called back twice and left a voice message saying he is Mr. Burton and that he has a very important matter for the person he is looking for.   I told him to take me off his list because this is a wrong number.
