This damned organization has called at least four times a day for the past three days and I am fed up. I am on the do not call list but nothing seems to happen with any reports. I guess it is summer holidays for those people.

I have read from another site it's Ontario Eco Energy.  They do some sort of assessment to help you save energy.

Six phone calls from this nukmber in less than 2 days is not anything more than a telemarketting agency. On Mon and Tues we had 5 other calls from this number. Too damned much and even though I reported the number nothing has happened. Why do we have a "Do not call" list if this continues to occur.

I have been plagued for weeks now with no less than 2 calls a day from this number, and sometimes up to 4.  Occasionally I pick up, say nothing & then try to "spam" the call by continually pressing the * or # button.  Doesn't seem to do any good though - they keep on calling.  Seems that the Do Not Call list is less than useless...

Dead air - I work at home, these calls are disruptive and damaging.   My policy is to never do business with any company that contacts me via a telemarketing call.  They will stop when it's no longer worthwhile considering the entire population.  GRRRRRRR.

Several times a day, I pick up, only dead air - obviously computer dialed - there is no 'real' person free to be transferred to.  So the computer just hangs up and inevitably calls back.  Extremely frustrating, and sadly this practice is becoming more and more common.

Now what would happen if I randomly called people and hung up, several times a day, every day of the week?  Oh that's right, the police would show up at my door.  

The do not call list was a good idea but it is fading into history as our politicians bow to their master - money from the business / corporate lobby.  Such a shame, I remember how peaceful it was right after the do not call list was implemented.  It was such a neat concept that when the phone rang, I knew it was for me, and I knew it was personal or business related.  Now it's back to the old ways, every time I hear the phone ring I think 'what now?...ducts cleaning, lawn care, ... endless' and of course always someone who won't take no for an answer.  

Maybe we should start calling our politicians all the time and try to sell them on the notion that they are supposed to work for us.  I suggest they sign up for a free 30 day trial, a free estimate and a free sample.

Interesting how this number manages to get through Call Blocking too.  Over to you Bell Canada Repair...

Calling back gets a recorded message that says there are no agents available and to leave a message.  The company is identified as Ontario Eco Energy.  I've gotten a call from this number at least once a day for the past two weeks, very annoying.

They claim that since they're not trying to sell you anything, the do not call list doesn't apply to them. They called 7 times yesterday! Asked them to stop and they called twice already today.

This number has been calling a number of times each day lately - today at 9:05 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1:20 p.m. and 2:55 p.m.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list - come on Bell Canada, get on this I do not want to hear from whoever this is and I do not buy, subscribe etc. by phone.  I agree 100% with DmcG above.

They have called me 5 times a day for the last few days!  Everytime I pick up they hang up.  I called Rogers, but was told that they do not block numbers.

Damn number called 3 times today. I picked & no one @ other end5. Been calling for weeks & late @ night. I hang up in unknown number. Next time above number calls I will tell them to f offm very annoying. Do not call list is useless.

Don't be afraid of answering the phone and telling them not to call.  I was and that's why I am writing this silly thing! Just answer and the calls will stop.

This number calls daily.  We pick up the phone but don't say anything.  We are on the Do Not Call List for what good it is.  How do you stop them short of being outright rude or worse.M4B6

Multiple calls annoying

They call me several times a day. When I pick up the phone, it is dead air. When I call the number there is no one available to take the call. Seriously? "Do Not Call" registry seems to have become "Call me" Registry. What's up?
