The call sometimes using call blocking "private".  It is Collectcom and they will word their messages in a way that makes it sound that they are from a bank.  They are just another collection agent trying to do their job (pushing the boundaries of their rules) in a manner that will get you on the phone with them.....remember this is their job, they do it all day and have nothing else to do.

This lady keeps calling me 40 times a day from collect corp . I dont owe them anything i think its a scam . can this number not be blocked? How did she get my Cell Phone number?

I have been recieving calls at 7 am from this number. No messages left.
