Got a call from this number and want to know who it is?

It's a credit card scam. I received a call this morning. Phoned my credit card and reported it... It is a scam

Visa credit card scam. people should be ashamed of themselves.

I received a call from 905-542-3690 this morning.  he offered a better interest rates for my credit card.  I could hear from the phone the background was noisy and somebody talking just like in a marketplace. They required me to bring my credit card but he   could not they me exactly what kind of credit card.  It is a scam phishing for my credit card information.

Call and doesn't talk then says good bye

I told this heavily accented person that I have no credit card debt and didn't need his 'help' but he just kept on talking and talking and talking.... so I hung up.
