Someone from this number calls several times each day. very annoying

Called several times no answer

NCO calls my house every hour from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm daily. When I pick up the phone there is no answer

HERE'S A TIP: For annoying frequent calls (ie debt collectors) to your cell phone you could save the numbers that call and assign them a unique ringer ID to ring as 'Silent'. So you'll get the call but it won't ring your phone and bother you. Then instead of getting annoyed or frustrated you can just laugh. Sure it seems they call from a million numbers but after a week or two you'll have them all saved and silenced. (ps. I ran into an old Nokia phone with no Silent setting so possibly you could just create your own ringtone with just of couple "pauses".)

Recieved a call from this nuumber and thought it was an obscene phone call.  Nothing but giggling and whispered nonsense that I couldn't even identify as words.  Didn't know who it even was until I looked it up here.

Get a call from this number as: NCO, NCO Financial, Fontana, CA, etc., at least 15 to 20 times a day.  Does anyone know what constitutes harassment under the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act?

we need to do something with this people. cuz they call every day ever 10 or 15 min. frm 7:00am till 9:00 pm. and they dont talk or anything...

just got a call today from this number. Looks like NCO has a bunch of numbers they call from. Oh well.... no job means I got no money to pay my bills.
No cable TV, just internet service.

they've been calling me for about a month or so now. I sent them payment and they've been calling me to tell me that they haven't recieved payment and that if I give THEM either NCO or Fontana 24 bucks they'll stop calling me. Fontana called yesterday and today and I got no answer then after a minute of saying "hello?" someone came to the line. Apparently they're foriegn because they ALL have broken English. But they want to take it out your bank account over the phone. I haven't paid my bill because I dont have and the means I had was helping my sick mother get her medications. BUT like OMG, really?? they'll call anywhere from 6am to 11pm at nite!! they're horrible and definitely need to be stopped. I mean if I mailed you payment you just have to wait for it.

Best way to stop annoying calls?? Get yourself one of those foghorns the one's with the can and the red horn top. And tell them that's their payment HA HA!!

Here's what you can do to harass them back! They are taking up your time, right? OK, so when they call, answer it, and set the phone down and do whatever you were doing before they called! Now, if you want to get a few chuckles, turn the speaker phone on, so you can hear them asking for you, in a confused voice, since they hear that you answered and that there is noise in the background! Also, if you really want to get to them, online, send them a payment of $1.00. Yes, I really did mean ONE DOLLAR. LOL

I received a call from 9092028200 at 9:58am and 11:23am on the same day. I did not answer the call and no voicemail was left. I am a Verizon customer. The number they called was my newly activated work cell phone.

They also called at 1:30pm. Three calls in one day.

I get a call every day and since my wife past away I had to use my money to pay heir bills and I lost everything in the meantime. I have no money, no car, and no aid of any sort but they keep calling and I just don't know what to do with them anymore? they are a pain in the ass....... where ther is no money ther is no pay and no job so I can't do anything about it.

Once I inform them that they have the wrong number, they want to know my name and other information!  I don't know what part of, "You have the wrong number!" they don't understand!
