got a call about selling time shares, had to tell them to stop calling me

I got a call from a restricted # stating they had a case against me for what I don't know. They said I had to call 9092565533 and speak to Mr Larry Dunn and provide my ssn for verification purposes in order to find out what the case was involving. Figure this is a scam or hoax so decided to report it. Not sure what else to do because I do not give out my social security number.

Update: Through researching found out it was a company called RS GROUP. They are trying to collect on a bill thats not mine not to mention by their date is way out of the statue of limitations. They call your work, cell and home. They are harrassing parasites that are rude and never stop calling. So annoyed.

Got a call from darin sayin i had a bill with kay jewelers for 1000 if i did nt pay today the would send someone to my house for me to be served. I was scared and gave him my card info for a payment to be tooken out on 9/20/13. The night b4 i talked to a few ppl and they me it was a scam. I then cancelled my card and sure enuf I got a call saying I need to give him my new card info or they would have someone come serve me. This guy is a fraud and a scam. DO NOT PAY HIM ANYTHING and if you have already call your bankl and dispute the charge
