just got a call from nora davis explaining that she was impressed with my resume and accomplishments...who says that these days?...and she asked me to confirm my salary requirements of $xx.xx to $xx.xx. My appt is tomorrow at 1pm @ 14275 Pipeline, Chino. I'll call and cancel since I have seen these posts. Thanks.

i just received a call also from nora saying the exact same thing as the previous post.. i think she reads from a script and also schedule appts to meet the recruiting mgr.  i asked if she can describe some of the jobs available, she said she's just an assistant and does not have job descriptions available.  this is a financial sales position i believe, so i'll have to call to cancel this appt. thanks for the posts...

Yesterday - I received a voice message from "Nora Davis". Same story as you have read about. She claims to be impressed by my resume on Monster.com
I called her back this morning but I reached an answering machine. It is certainly a strange story. Her posted number is 909-287-3350

I googled that address that was listed for the interview, as Nora called me as well. It is World Financial Services group... Definitely not calling them back,

I received a phone call also from Nora Davis and would like to schedule an interview with me tomorrow or next week. I was driving so I told her to call again and leave a message and will call back. I thought of finding out who Nora Davis is and I saw this post. Well, it seems like this is a sales pitch gimmick and I am not calling back to set up an appointment. Thank you for the heads up. This post save me gas expenses.

Just got the same message.   I never return resume calls unless they clearly identify their company on the message.    If I have to google your phone number, I usually find threads like this =)

It gets worse. I've been called by these losers over 20 times. They work for World Financial Group, an outfit that has more stupid inexperienced people than any financial company ever. I got a call from a guy who claimed to be a Harvard educated doctor; but quit practicing medicine for a better career at World Financial Group. Talk about your whopper lies! I also caught him in 3 other lies before I hung up on him. All these idiots say they work for Aegon or TransAmerica, which is another lie. You find out they work for World Financial Group when you visit the office for an interview. They will ask you for money to start your career with them, they will ask for a list of all your family and friends, and they pay commission only. After you quit the company, they will call all your family and friends to try and sell them on buying products or joining the company. Look at ripoff report to see 50 more scathing reviews.
