Said i had a very bad lawsuit and it was  very bad  but couldnt tell me what wanted my attorny info  then said call back this number fast

Got a call from the a guy with a thick Indian Accent claiming to go by the name "Mike Hill". I knew from experience that it was a scam. I called back and said the following. "Hi, Im looking for some a$$hole named Mike Hill" and the guy that answered said "That's Me"   LOL I guess they at least admit what they are.

LOL!!! This [***] calls me at work and cell constantly. And he called me again to day. So very kindly i said :Ok so what info do you want from" right and he said "your credit card info and exp date Etc. So I said "Ok are you ready do you have a pen and paper to right this down, He said Yes! Ok. Here you go: Roll it up and shoveit up your ass!!!

This is a scam and I have gotten this call before..  My grandfather is a former state attorney, my brother is a cop and we had it looked into.. Know this is a scam and don't believe it for a second.

DO however, do this:
Call them back and yell at them!  Scream, cuss and act billigerent.  This is a google voice number and they will change it, most likely leave you alone permanently or for a very long time.

DO NOT:
Give them ANY of your information besides name, and thats ONLY if they already have it.  Tell them your name if they knew it already so they willl know who  to take off their list of callers, after you cuss them out.  

This, unfortunately, is the only way to fight back for now... If you feel uncomfortable about yelling at a stranger, just remember they are trying to steal your identitiy, so just take all your frustrations out on the idiot, he's a piece of s*** anyways, consider it therapy..

Got a call from this number, left me a voicemail stating to have my lawyer call and I couldn't really understand the rest.. He said his name was "Ricky Davis," but his very heavy Indian accent made it almost impossible to make it all out.. Ricky Davis?  Really?  L-M-A-O !

I called it back just to give 'em hell, but everytime I call it disconnects immediately.. I will do my part to make their life a living hell and have to change their numbers... I hope you do the same

Got a call from an Indian man stating he was with a law firm, and I was being sued; when I asked what for he said he was not at liberty to say. When I pushed he said I had to call back and speak with the lawyer Roger Clark and his name was shawn Wilson. When I said I want to know why I am being sued and by whom he said he could not tell me, he was only a paralegal, I said it was my legal right to know who is sueing me and he said United States Cash advance. I said what for I have NO cash advances. He said he was not at liberty to say I would have to call back and hung up. I called back it was the same voice (very grainey noise in background as with first call) but he said he was Roger Clark this time yet said he could not tell me anything about the law suit he would have some other department call me and hung up on me. I called back he yelled in the phone stop calling me, which I found comical considering he called me first. I called back he yelled again, and did that a few more times but he quit answering. I saw a post on here and I think I may have the same case; I was boggled as to how someone would get my info and have the last 4 of my social then I remembered about a month ago in a moment of desperation I did an online "secure form" for an online cash advance, which I would normally never do. Which I thought better of and never went through with it but I filled out the application online so they have all my info that was put on that application. I have no Pay day loans so I know for a fact this is a scam. I also contacted my lawyer who confirmed it is a scam!! So be Careful out there all you internet users Even in times of desperation!!!

I like a dumb a** tried to do an on line payday loan and these foreigners keep calling me from 951-582-4832 and 909-503-0684 and 206- 237-0036 Threatening me with fraud and check transfering and also saying I got a payday loan I never paid back which is BS because as soon and a million #'s called me after submitting all my personal info I knew I screwed up! Then I answered a call where a Foreign man told me I better take out the loan and I said no sir I am no longer interested he said oh yeah you F-ing B---- you can suck my ---- because I have all your information and I am going to screw you now, and now calls saying they are going to Sepena me if my Lawyer  or myself does not contact them and they are going to contact my job!
I contacted the FBI they told me to put a Fraud alert on all credit reporting agency's and to file complaint with the FTC which I have done. Explaining all this and giving them the phone #'s!
I want them caught to infact I would love to meet up with these c**k suckers because I am pissed!!!!

Got a call the other day from a Roger Clark saying that i had got a cash advance loan and did not pay it back and that they were going to sue me. I told him i had never got a cash advance loan and he kept argueing with me and then hung up.I called back and he would pick up and hang up everytime i tried to call him back. The next to the last time i tried to call back he answered the phone this is Roger Clark don't call this number back and hung up. So just to piss him off i called back about 5 more times he would pick up and hang up .

Got a phone call from this number stating that I owed them money from a previous cash advance.  So not true! Currently trying to reach them now so I can state that I have reported the number to the authorities.

So I keep getting hung up on which means they have caught on that they have tried to contact the wrong person or that I have caught on to their scheme.  They won't give me their company information anymore which is a definite sign that this is a scam!

I have a caller from this very guy ! So what is scam ? and do i need to consult a lawyer ?

Got the call three times at work and once on my cellphone today in a matter of 1/2 hour.  The same hard to understand Indian sounding man telling me I had a lawsuit from the Morgan Law Firm.  He stated my name wrong and stated the last four digits of my social.  He kept asking for my attorney's number, but I demanded the number for the attorney in charge of this alleged legal matter.  He gave me the 909 number and I looked it up on the internet and found out about this scam.  I had to inform the receptionist at my job so she wouldn't worry about the strange calls.  Unbelieveable!
