I got a call from this number.  The caller stated his name was Aaron White with the American Law Division.  He stated that there was a judgment against me.  He stated it was from online borrowing.  I do not borrow money online.  Stated that I owed an outragious amount of money and that if I didn't pay, I would go to jail.  This is the third call like this I have gotten.

This number is absolutely insane. The indian guy who calls is a complete [***].  I have never once borrowed money online and do not know how to get these folks from stop calling.

This Indian speaking man Aaron White, calls my work office and leaves terrible messages for the whole office to hear and wishes me luck, I don't have any payday loans for God's sake. He very hard to understand I have reported him to the police, they threaten to come get me and put me in prison, what can I do? Should I call them back? I can not have them calling me at my office.

Received a call from 909-580-8997 stating I owe a huge debt from 2008.  All callers have either an indian/british accent.  Their names are Steve Clark/Daniel Wright/Adam Wright.  They will not give you any information on how this debt was created but just want you to own up to it and start paying.  They state they will call your manager, get you fired from your job since you are using your place of employment for fraud.  When asked who they are, who the legal firm they are  working with or their address, they do not want to give any information and only state they are from California.  They also state this is legal and you need to get an attorney.  The phone number comes up as an unknown caller but they leave the number of 909-580-8997.  You can not talk with anyone other than the same guy that answers the phone.  He uses all the names listed above.  I am sure this is his direct line he uses to try and collect money.  He does not let you speak but just yells just so you give up.  He does let you talk with anyone else but him.  Big Fraud.  Do not call these people back.

They called my office again on Sat and left a long message they were going to call all my relatives and that there is a state investigation on me and I will go to jail if I do not call him, well all my relatives are dead so I don't know who he will call. His name this time was Daneiil White, or Wright hard to understand and leaving a message like that on a business answering machine is not a good thing, he keep repeating my SS # I have no idea what he wants and will not call him back, I have no time for this!! I'm an only child no parents or siblings he may call heaven if that's what he wants to do. How can I make him stop leaving these messages on a public (business) answering machine.

I also got the same call few days back from the same guy they are only scams and frauds !!!!!!!! SO BEWARE !!!!!!! do not give them your bank details or any card information for your safety and the best way is ask them to go to court and file a case or send something in the mail these guys will disappear...

These same people contacted me today and Monday 4/19/2010. They refuse to provide me with any information about the case and telling me I have to fax them the information to get information about the case. And that I also would be arrested and they will contact my employer. I have no issues in paying bills so I questioned him on the name of the company and said that the company has over three hundred smaller companies. Therefore he could not provide me with the name of the company I went threw. He also never reported the name of the law firm he works for or any information about the case. The first time he called his name was Jason. the second time it was Steve Clark and the last time it was Mr. Matthews. I'm not paying any  money to someone that I one dont remeber owing and that can not provide me  with nothing in writing.

i also received two phone calls from these people.  the number they give me to call back is 909-580-8997.  first they called my cell phone and it said unavailable and then they called my work phone and it said international with the following number 877-744-00053 so they are definately not calling from the U.S.  I am not going to call them back -- they do not even tell me what they are calling about

Received a call from this number stating he was Andy Wilson, and to have my attorney of record to contact him immediately at 909-580-8997.  The accent was a very thick indian accent.  He wished me luck and God bless me

my roommate got a call saying I had to call them cause I was beeing sued for fraud

they called me and left a number.  i did call them back and told them that they'd better quit calling me or they could expect to hear from a lawyer.  i haven't heard back.

I have been recieving calls from 909-580-8997...and they have been threatening to sue me for a loan that I didn't apply for. They have all of my info, including my ss#. There are several of them, Andy Vincent, John Davis, etc. They just keep making up names and saying that they are "officer" so & so or that they are an investigator and that if I don't hire a lawyer, then I am going to jail. They won't stop calling and have been yelling at me and threatening me. I don't know how to get them to stop. This has been going on for two weeks. I have turned them in to the Attorney General's office, the Federal Trades Commision, and the BBB. If any one knows how to make them stop, please let me know.

these are scammers and if you let them know this,or ask for the payday loan company you owe money too,when they give you that name,call the payday loan company and let them know. it has happen to me twice and the payday loans company said i have never had a loan with them and they wanted the number of these scammers. they get lots of calls from folks such as us. they call the scammers and let them have it!!

I recieved a phone call from these people I answerd the first time because the number came up with a local area code the male stated his name was Jason smith and was an attorney ( Jason smith had an extremly thick Indian accent) he told me I was being sued for over $1000 I then hung up the phone because I know I didn't owe anyone that kind of money
I then recieved another call for the same man he then transferred me to a woman who
sated she was an attorny and I had an open case with some
police department in San Diego and multiple warrants for my arrest she said I needed to write on a piece of paper my credit card number and I agree to pay the money and fax it to a number by now I knew this was a scam and just humored the woman after I had agreed to do that she stopped calling until the next day she then called and was yelling at me because she didn't recieve the fax but instead of being an attorny she was a officer calling from 911 (right how stupid do these people think we are) anyways she said if I didn't show up to my court date which was on a Sunday they would come get me and put me in jail I work for a local law enforcemnt agency and I told her this and that she was not only violating state laws but federal and she would be the one going to
jail she stopped calling this is a total scam do not give these people any of your information report them to your local law enforcement agency also at the end of every conversation the Indian people would tell me " the choice is yours I wish you luck"
