    they call every day 2 bother the crap out of me ,they said the warranty of my car is about 2 expire ,that this is the last chace I have 2 renew it ......but I don't have a car warranty on my car...better yet!....lol I don't have a car.

    Same thing...they keep bugging me adn I have no car warranty.  One day, I asked hwo they got my # (prepaid cell) and the girl VERY rudely said she woudl remove my number and hung up on me before I could say she is calling my home number, too!  I just got another call, they answered and asked if I want car warranty info, I said, very nicely, I'd like to know what company you are with, and they hung up!  I called THAT number back (slightly differnet than this one) and it was disconnected/not in service!!!  I am so frustrated...

    I get these calls TWICE a day on an unlisted number for a cell phone.  I don't answer if I don't recognize the number because it costs me, I don't OWN A CAR!!!  I don't need a car warranty!

    Just got a call from this #. Didn't answer since I didn't recognize it. They left no message. As I see from other comments listed here, that it must be a car warranty thing. Well I own a car with a warranty but it doesn't expire until 2012. I contacted my warranty provider last year due to all the snail-mail that I got saying that my warranty will expire. My actual warranty provider said that they do NOT send out any type of mail regarding if/when my warranty will expire, so anything sent is junk.

    Telling me i could lower my credit card interest rates. We DONT possess any credit cards!

    Filed the number to FCC and Do Not Call Register (which i registered to).
    Dont think it will make a blind bit of use, but i pay my taxes, so see what materialises.

    This is the 2nd call from this number in the past two weeks!  I am on the "Do not call list"

    Well, well, well.  Finally some closure on this little scam.  Have I got some juicy bits of carnage to share with you!

    First off, the call is from a cell phone. Seems reasonable? BUT, I went to peoplefinders.com, spent $5 (you're welcome) and got some more personal info.  As it turns out, whoever is using this cell number gave a scam-a-licious address of The San Bernardino Public Library!

    I've already contacted the director of the library, told him ALL about what was going on; to that he said "Oh, I've got a police officer friend who can take care of that right now."

    The San Bernardino Police Dept. has been notified and will undoubtedly catch the criminal(s)

    Suffice it to say they f*cked with the wrong guy. They tried to get my credit card info. BIG mistake.

    Upon FURTHER digging, I found the company that holds ALL the account info associated with cell phone number, (909) 650 9121. Names, dates, credit card numbers; the total paper trail; I forwarded ALL of it to the California DA's office.

    @thewidowmaker - i don't know, but i hope your info works..... i just got called. but i don't pick up #s i don't recognize.  i figure if i was important, they would leave a message.  99.9% of the time, no messages.  i saved them on my personal "no no" list on my cell phone, so next time that # calls, i see "no no."

    My phone has been quiet for at least two weeks after many calls each day from the American
    Heart Assoc.  I hope they have given up.  This number is one I have never received before.  I
    didn't answer so I hope they won't bother anymore.  Who am I kidding.  Thanks for all the info.

    Just received a call from them. It was a pre-recorded message. bBah blah blah about how there is no issue with my credit cards but that they can offer me a lower rate. Weird in that i NEVER carry a balance. Never have paid even a penny of interest in my lifetime.
