This is a scam.  I woman leaves a message saying there is legal action against me.  I must call back .  I deleted the message.

I got the same call

Got the same call from a middle eastern accent saying it could be a legal matter in my name

Left us a message saying they were with legal affairs and we  legal action against us and we should have a attorney call them back.

I received the same call.  I called back and it said that the messages were full.  I called again, got a live person with a thick middle eastern accent that I could barely understand.  I asked him for his name and the company her represents & he said from the Department of Legal Affairs.  I said fine!  What's your full name and the address of your company and he hung up on me!  What a waste of time!  Next time I'll have the airhorn ready to blow it in his ear for wasting my (and apparently all of your) time!

Same here, SCAM

Looks like they are busy, same call to me.  Left a massage:  said her name was Leslie Owens and suggested my attorney call them back.  If its a real legal action then they better send something through the USPS.  The scum bag scammers have stripped a lot of the value from phone calls and emails.

Claim they are department of legal affairs. SO LAME, they sound so stupid! I laughed at her and hung-up.

Leslie Owens with thick accent telling me to have my attorney call back. Said she's with Dept of Labor. The the call ended with have a blessed day and God bless. Now why would the dept of Labor Day that if they're calling about a legal matter?  Don't call back. Sometimes it gives them the opportunity to use your line for charges.

Also got a Lesley Owens, as per above. at the end of her message (which is very poorly recorded and barely audible) and in poor English she wishes us a blessed day!

Same as above. Showed on Caller ID as "Daniel Camp"

I got the same call and the same message about magic jack caller unavailable. I filed a complaint with Magic Jack using these emails: ReportAbuse@magicJack.com and Misrepresentation@magicJack.com I suggest if you get a similar call that you complain too. It is ultimately the carriers that will stop these calls and it is about time they start taking some responsibility. If everyone complains, then maybe something will get done.
