I received a msg at work from some indian woman threatening me about a "case" that had been filed against me. i called later and spoke to a supervisor who threatened to send someone to arrest me at work for a debt (a debt that i have already paid thru another agency). they barely spoke english but had all my information. is this someone trying to scam money out of me for a debt that has already been paid? anyone have any  advice on how to get rid of these people??

Get this this happen to me to today but I blew the number up for 40 mins and I will do it again so they dont get any calls they want to call me I have nothing to do but blow their phone up all day

i got a call from these people or shall i say SEVERAL times. they are bullying and demanding that i pay money for a pay day loan that i allegedly defaulted on. they keep calling and wont stop. they say the loan company is Cash Advance Payday loan. Isnt that the name of all the loans, i mean, thats what they are..
Seriously, the guy justin( something) and kevin( something) have heavy accents and barely speak english. Their place of business is called ACS.  What can you do to make them stop? I have contacted police, ftc and an attorney.

I keep getting these calls from these people that cant even speak english about a cash advance that i never recieved...my question is ...how did  they get my info...and how can i make them stop...I get calls from several different numbers ....this bs has to stop...

i received a call today at my work the person gave his name as Jimmy Santana and to call him back at 909-744-5418.. saying i had a court date on Friday and to call him back to get the court i needed to go to.. They originally have been calling my cell phone from an unavailable number that comes up 44-198 or 209-753-4111 or a private number on my house phone.. I am being told that if you have not been served by a Process Server then its a scam .. and not to do anything.

These people just called me at work also. Stating I owe on a pay day loan and when I asked the company they told me cashnet. I said well fine I will call them, he said there is no point in calling them because they will not be able to help. I said well I have to call them if they are the one filing the lawsuit.  Then he said it wasn't from them it was from quickcash.com.  I asked for his number and he asked why I said so I can get the money and call back.  Then I said I will get my lawyer to call he said well fine they will drag your references in first then me. He was trying to help me and now he is done he will do what he needs to and I will have to pay $5484.87 plus $2000.00 in court cost and the police will be up here soon to arrest me. Oh and they said they are not a company they are a Law Firm and I should be watching out for the police.

I just received a call from Stacy Wilson Indian girl with a accent you know Stacy Wilson is not a Indian name, she threaten me that I owe a paid day loan and I need to pay her or I will be served to go to court she has all my information which is scary they call me on my cell phone and work number be aware of applying for anything online be a taking your information she new what bank I bank with and my address she said I received the loan in November 09 I didnt have account with this bank last year. I just open it please be aware, she got me hot and upset until I google the phone number plus another man with a accent using Marcus Williams be careful im going to close my account down.

this same number and company has been calling my work like 30 times a day and my cell. when i return the call no one knows whats going on.  and they are middleeastern and you can not understand them. he states that they are out of california.   does anyone know if this is real or what. i demanded them mail to my house the documents and they say they cant.  any suggestions?
