Repeated calls from this number.  Caller ID says Loma Linda CA.  Dead air when answered.

this number is from wellsfargo mortage co.

i know this is the bank that hold my mortgage asc is just a servicing co i am looking loan modification you think there ready to deal

This is a WFB Home Equity Collection company...

909-796-4592. Caller ID says "California" but msg is from Wells Fargo. Isn't this deceptive consumer practice?

Got a call from this # Sun morning claiming to be Wells Fargo.  Person said our mortgage payment was overdue, which was untrue.  Very persistent caller, and highly doubt it was Wells Fargo

Big I, not little i. Holds not hold. ASC, big letters for company names. Period . at the end of sentences. Big I again. Looking FOR A loan modification,  not looking loan modification. Period at end of sentences, again. Big Y, not little y. DO you think THEY'RE... not think there...

Wells Fargo does not hold your mortgage even if that's where you send your payments each month.  Bankrupt Fannie Mae (currently in receivership by the Federal Government) actually holds your note.  Don't believe me, check it out for yourself.  Yeah.  You aren't supposed to know that.  There's more.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.  I won't say more, but you should find out by researching mortgage securitization.

I answered a call from this number, and the caller claimed to be from Wells Fargo,  and she asked me for my banking info, but I declined.   I hope that I didn't accidentally give my ss#......I think the callers are SCAMMERS. BEWARE! !!!

Just don't answer calls where callers do not identify themselves. Number only ? No chance. Leave message.  It appears that most unwanted calls are coming from CA and FL. Occasionally NY.
