This number called me and told me that I owe money and that they were going to sue me.
The man said he was with ACS. I told him that I did not owe them.
I call back later. I ask what ACS stood form Assistate Consoldate Service.
I ask did they consoldate loans. He just wanted to know my name.
He would not talk to me.

I received a call from ACS because I was put down as a reference for someone.  Why?  I don't know, because I never approved anyone to put me down as a reference.  They asked if I could pass on the message and I said I could not, and would not because I do not speak to the person anymore.  They said that if I do not pass on his message, I would "be in trouble".  I asked how I would get "in trouble" and he said because I was put down as a reference.  Really??  Good luck with that!!!  

Also, it took me 8 minutes to give him the information because he could hardly speak english.  I had to speak slow so he could get the information.  Again....really??  If you are making collection calls, SPEAK THE LANGUAGE!!!!!
