this guy talk with a accent and keep threating me about legal action i can i get rid of this guy and stop him from calling my cell number and my job

This person calls my office numerous times during the day. He has a horrible foreign accent and is very rude. He yells and cusses on the phone if I cannot transfer him to workers here that can't receive personal phone calls. He says extremely obscene things too...something I will not put on here. This person needs to be reported to the phone company.

I Called back MORGAN AND ASSC LAW OFFICES phone number 910-300-7196 asked to speak with the man by the NAME OF MICHAEL ADKENSON, was transferred to a DAVID CROOK, lol what a name for a scammer.  I asked him what is your address, he promptly told me that this FIRM WAS ESTABLISHED IN California, Addresss such and such, but they are calling from North Carolina... I then started asking him to let me speak with the man by the name of Michael Adkenson, the person who could barely speak english that left a threatening voice mail on my cell phone. I would like to know what is the purpose of the phone call. This JERK who sounded like the same person that answered the phone WANTED TO FILE A  complained againt Michael Adkenson. Then I lost my temper and told him now if you can't explain the phone calls. I have done my homework on your phone number and your business and I know I'm not calling MORGAN AND ASSC. LAW OFFICES, because the person who answered the phone SAID may I help you and who are you calling for? DO YOUR HOMEWORK if this is a honest business w/honest people AMERICAN WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE MAY I HELP YOU? Especially a Law Firm. Then this man who barely speaks english, started trying to talk, I told them I know about this SCAM, I have looked up your number and have reported it to the FBI, SECRET SERVICE, FARE BUSINESS TRADING, HOMELAND SECURITY Local Police. Do not call my number again. I have blogged you number and your names on every BEWARE SCAM website. The man DAVID CROOK HUNG up before he could try and threaten me.  THEY SAID my SS number is BLOCKED by the US Government, hahahaha WHATEVER that mean.  SCAMMERS here is a news flash I LIVE IN A FREE COUNTRY!

Remind the caller that this is a place of business and tell them DO NOT CALL AGAIN, Ask for their mailing address in NC, report them to the FBI, Homeland Security, Secret Service. And blogg their phone number everywhere.

Don't give them anything.  Make them prove that you actually owe a legitimate company.  The government want to protect us on the borders, but they need to get a hand on this.  They should have people that are able to trace these calls since we can't.  

What gets me is that they are so stupid that they don't realize we have enough sense to know that REAL companies don't call and cuss you out nor do they threaten to have you locked up.  They take their complaints to the court system and let them resolve it for them.  I don't see this ending at all.  I have changed my home number three times to stop this and some how they still end up with my number.

i got a call from this number telling me i owed finance charges couldnt tell what company and wouldnt send info uinless i paid in full just said his name was bob

this man called me today and threatend me. i recorded hiim on my phone. not only did i get him telling me all this over the phone he told me that he was going to rape my wife and daughter. im going to take legal action and save us all from this loser. im done.

hi - i'm a widower, and a couple of months ago, at church, someone asked me if i could give a room to a friend of his.  i said okay.  well this friend (his name is adams) apparently took out a pay day loan using my address and phone number as his (but thankfully not my name).  i haven't seen adams at my house in a couple of months. but just today these people from this phone number called.  he said that his name was ryan mclaren (but had an accent from either africa or india) telling ME and I was responsible for this debt, that a police officer will show up at my house and arrest me, demanding to pay many times what the debt was, but i could clear it up, right now today for about $200.00. at first i thought, okay, but as i was taking my credit card out from my wallet, i wondered, if'n i were to give them the info, how would i know that this would indeed clear it up, or if mr adams were to incurr futher future debts, would these people not have the information to collect more.  so i told them i would talk to an attorney first. (they didn't like this)

we have a legal department where i work, and one of the lawyers there is a good friend of mine - so we called this number from my friend's office (his name is jim).  they even threatened and insulted jim (a more honest man you could not imagine).  out of curiousity the legal secretary (her name is debbi) looked up this phone number in google and behold all of these postings.

i'm thinking that had i given them my credit card number, they'd be able to run it up to all sorts of limits.

So I got the call and told the men I have never taken a cash advance from anyone.  They threatened me and told me they were going to send the "cops" to get me.  I told them to send them.  What a bunch of morons.

I could not understand the name of the company and they would not spell it for me.  They said they were collecting for "Cashnet Emerica" and then when the Supervisor - Mr. John Brown - who was obviously from a foreign country came to the phone, they were collecting for Cash Advance of America.    My office is still laughing.

this dummie calls me from 910 300 7196 . I didn't know the number so i call them back . I ask who they were he told me i owe them money for a advance of some kind I TOLD THEM WERE TO GO !!!! After the person made threats to me .  this is a nc number from pender county ( Burgaw ) I am not sure if they are calling from there but that is a pender county number... scam  tell them to go to hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy staying at your house might not have taken out a pay day loan. Myself, and three people that I work with have all gotten these calls. I took out a regular loan a few months back and payed it off. I am assuming that these loan companies must report this information somewhere. These companies in INDIA are buying this information and using it to threaten.

I have reported these incidents to the Federal Trade Commission, the loan company that they are stealing the name of, the Attorney General's Office and I have even put a fraud alert on my credit report. Needless to say, this did not stop the phone calls.

Here is how I took care of this. Instead of waiting for them to call me, I called them, everyday, more than once. I harassed them. I told them that they were a scam. I messed with them like they mess with the people that they call. They do not call me anymore. Our government can not do anything to people who are making these fraudulent calls because they are not in the US. Maybe we can make a stand and get the government to act but I doubt it.

I recieve these call too! I took it to the FBI and the FCC and the AG. I was told that there is nothing they can do because they cannot trace these phone numbers. I was told that they are using 2 differnt phones to make these calls and that makes it impossible to trace. I just dont answer the calls or i answer and hang up right away. I hate it if i leave my cell phone home all day i come home to numerous missed calls and they are all from scams.

I kept getting a call from this number. They said I defaulted on a pay day loan this yea. When i told them i didnt know they were talking about and they can send me the paperwork to have my attorney look over it. They hung up. FRAUD!!

This number called me at work telling me I owe 367 and some odd cents to them for  a payday loan that I received on line. I looked into it but never did.  They called yelling at me using a law firm name and telling me I have 5 hours to pay them or they will issue a arrest warrant for me and have me put in jail for internet fraud. These people need to be stopped. They are obviously from another country due to the accent they use and are using American names.

I recieved a call from this number but no message.
