foriegn man threatening me with legal action on my voicemail. said it was about a financial institution and fraud went thru this a while back with them trying to scam money from me. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING ALL OF THESE CALLS ON MY CELL AND NOW THEY CALLED MY JOB HARRASSING MY BOSSESC. I GOT SCAMMED BACK IN APRIL AND THESE FOREIGN MEN KEEP SAYING OH YOU GOING TO JAIL OR THEY ARE OFFICER OR LEGAL REPS. I AM SO SICK OF THIS [***].

I also been getting calls from these people calling from American Legal Processing Division first call from them was June 1 from an Andrew Johnson who was hard to understand.  Re: a defaulted loan from USA Cash Advance who I had called 3 weeks before and told me they have no records for me and that this people are just a scam.  I got another call today this time from Rodney Wilson who's suppose to be the supervisor.  Told them to send me all the documention in regards to this loan to my e-mail and I'm still waiting for it.  Other number releated to them 206-317-3402.

This is what I did - I called them back and said oh my goodness call me so we can work something out.

When they called back - I said - okay so I did research on your number and company and this is a scam right?  (even though we all know it is) - and he said to google the law firm - I said I did - not only did I google them I actualy called them and asked to speak to you and the person there did not sound anything like you.  Before I could say anything else - he said we will see you at the courthouse - good bye.

I wish he did show up at the courthouse!!!

Scam. Foreign man claiming I defrauded a payday loan & I'm in big trouble. Don't give these people any info; this is a scam. I've never gotten a payday loan. How can we report these scammers to the authorities?

I have also been harrassed since April by these people... At one point it got so bad because they were calling me day and night non-stop, I had to contact the authorities bcuz they threatened they were going to "come pick me up and take me to jail". I thought "you aren't coming near me you scammers" so I went right into the police, frantic, and begging them to be able to do something about this. Since they are calling using outside the USA tracphones and computer lines, there is nothing they can do about it. However, they continue to trick people into giving them thousands of dollars. There was one heart felt story I read where they scammed an older couple out of like $2,000.00 bcuz they believed them. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO/MONEY! that's what they want. They r a discrace to not only the people they are scamming, but the country where they are from! They make that entire country look bad. I looked this number up and it says it's a tracphone from India, they make all of India look bad when they do these things, and I don't think it's right!
