    Female voice recording stated, "This is a special message for all senior citizens. All senior citizens over the age of 65 must..." At that point I figured it was a scammer, since no one over 65 lives at my home. I hung up and blocked the number.

    It's a scammer trying to sell you a medical alert system. Never give them your personal info or verify your number is answered by a live person by pressing any digits to talk with someone or to ask them to remove you from their lists.
