Sam Aceveda called from Vacant Land America and said he had a buyer for some property we own in New Mexicao and would be selling for $10,000.00 all I needed to pay was $517.00 on my Visa or MC and they would do the rest and send me a check for the $10,000.  I told him I didnt do that kind of business over the phone to send me some kind of paper work.   He said thats what this was all about.  I told him he could take the $517.00 out the the selling price when it went through escrow.  He said they didnt work that way.  I dont work that way either.  He is suppose to call back tomorrow.   I will have a lot to say to him if he does.

My husband and I listed with them back in March 2009 because they were so convincing that they had people ready to buy our property in Colorado right then and there.  It's now seven months later and we have nothing to show for our $517.
