It's a collection agency - Kansas Counsellors --- they call under numerous numbers and act like they're a friend calling on the rare occasion that they actually leave a message.  Usually they just call several times a day without leaving a message if you don't answer.

gentlemen asked for me, by my legal name and then said i had a personal call. heard hold music for about a second, and then the call dropped.

Because they have no life. And like to drive you nuts. I always wondered too.. Why in the world do you keep calling me YOU ARE NOT COLLECTING MONEY!

Kansas Counselors is a real collection agency.  They are one of the scummier ones.  A friend handled the health insurance they carry for their own employees and she said they were creeps to work with.  I know they stoop to nothing in their debt collection efforts.  Another number they call from is 913-541-9925.  They don't leave a message, and if you answer, you get a machine.

They keep calling and leave a message. The caller leaves their first name and says to call. I figure, after having an outstanding debt for 5 years in the state of MO, they can't collect it. So they can just keep calling.

I keep getting calls from this # 913-284-7569 over and over and they never leave a message.  What idiots! Hello??? I think it is a good indicator I am not answering!!

This number calls me on a daily basis, I have yet to answer it, yet they keep calling me and have never left a message! Is there a way to get it to stop??

They call me too, but I have talked to the office I owe the money to, an they say I can make my payments directly to them. So I wonder if they find the dedts on the internet, and try to collect them

I have checked with Liberty Clinic. they have told me that I can make the payment directly to them. so I am not going to respond to Kansas Counselor.

I  am not going to make any payments to Kansas Counselors I thinks they are dishonest.

They call, and when we answer they refuse to leave a message.  We know what it is about, but they will not talk to anyone but the 14 year old who the debt is for.  HELLO...are these ppl serious?

they were so rude and unprofessional i called back and complained but still got another rude ass man he kept talking over me when i said let talk to the supervisor.

His name is David Jacobson, the shady practices are probably cause he runs collection as a side job when his real job is at a company called netstandard. He also runs a side company of safe edata. I have more info but it would be unfair to post it.

Ha! They just called me and I answered and there was no response when I said hello 20 times. Not very professional!
