These people call me multiple times a day and I'm sick of it! Now when the ID comes up, I just answer and promptly hang up.

I receive calls from this number quite a bit. Two arrived today (12/4/07), the first at 9 am and the second at 7:40 pm. The caller ID reads "Kansas". I have no idea how or why they would call and bother me since I KNOW I never talked with them in the past about any survey, and I KNOW no one else here has either. I wonder if they call unlisted numbers also? Anyhow, I wish they would stop calling but if not I will just keep ignoring them.

They've called a few times.  They are a radio survey,  They spend 5 minutes or so asking you about the radio stations people in your home listen to.  They call me about 4 times a year or so.  Maybe it's seasonal?

this company called my wife for a "short" survey. after 20 minutes of awnsering questions about tv shows she doesnt even watch, and having the surveyor sigh, she got cut off. they called back, and my wife told them she didnt want to awnser any more questions.

now they keep calling! and calling, ....

they call me alteast once a week,it got as bad as 4 times a day.
i hate it soo much. but it started in may so it must be seasonal. like in the summer?

The company is apparently called VIP Research.  I've asked to be taken off the list twice.  The first time it didn't seem to take.  We'll see if it sticks this time.

FAT CHANCE!  I've sent several CEASE & DESIST emails to 'mel@vipresearch.net' the head of operations (mike is dead - 2009).  The calls just keep on a-coming!  Keep filing complaints with the DNC and the FCC using Form 1088.  Eventually enough documents will be collected to file a lawsuit by the government (this is called a PIPE DREAM) - We can still hope.  AAR, they will just change the company name and structure and start all over again.

This number calls me all the time. always hanging up on me. I try to call the number back it says it isnt a working number so how in the hell do they keep calling me?

I got a call from this number on 2/29/12 at 7:20pm EST.....in Simpsonville, SC! No message was left, and when I tried to call the number back, it says (with the doo-doo-doo beeps) "We're sorry, the number you dialed is not a working number, please consult your directory, and dial again." So of course I googled it and found this page. My phone number is a LOCAL number, with a local area code, and I have NEVER even been to Kansas!
