Western Wats is the caller ID

this lovely # is an independent research center, great- I hope they don't call back, and if they do, i'll report them , on the do not call list

Just get the call again and it's ony been 30 minutes since they called.

I don't answer calls if I don't know them. They can leave a message and I'll return it.  Then I know them.. But this number calls multiple times in a day with no message.  it's my cell phone!!!!

Just started getting these phone calls today; called twice in just an hour's time, but no one was on the other end.  Called ID says "KANSAS".  I hope the calls don't continue!

received this number on caller ID today, and yesterday,  No message was left.  Caller ID identifies as "Western Wats".  I wonder if this has anything to do with working for the Census 2010???

they continue to call, over and over and will never leave a message. I am on the do not call list....

started getting the calls last night - home phone. I don't answer unless I know the called, if they don't leave a message I DON'T call back.  30 mintues later another call.  I'm on the do not call list, how many times do they have to call before they can be reported?

I just got a call from "Western Watts" from this number - I didn't pickup - because I'm on the computer now, I immediately Googled the number while the phone was still ringing and it led me to this Who Calls Me website so I knew to not bother picking it up.  Thanks!!

Just received a call from 913-535-2062. As usual, when I do not recognize the nuber or calling party, I wait for a voice message. No message left, so, I Google the number and usually end up on whocallsme.com.

I also Googled the name on the caller id (Western Wats). It's a survey company. I intend to answer the next time and ask not to be bothered again or I will report them (also on DNC List).

This is Western Watts doing a survey about banking stuff.  I politely turned them down that I wasn't interested in doing one of their surveys.

Annoying phone call...

Same experience as those above.  I screen all calls and never answer unless I recognize the caller. My phone provider (Bresnan) has an option to block individual numbers which I will now use for this number.  I do wonder how these people circumvent the Do Not Call list....

western wats saying it was doing a survey for united healthcare and claiming i had called united healthcare.  that was bull.  i said "not interested" and hung up.

Goofy crap.  I am so sick of these people calling me at all hours of the day and night.   Non- profits are allowed to call along with data collection.  The only ones that are not allowed to call are telemarketers that use pre recorded messages.

I got a call from this number last night about 7:30'ish.  I have caller ID, and screen my calls.  Since I didn't recognize the number, I waited for the machine to come on.  When it did, a lady was she gave her name and asked for me.  Then she said hello? hello?  The hung up.
