Ok I googled this and the exact same numbers showed ex. 9135635503 is what I googled and another similar number that had called me before showed

This number keeps calling me.

I realize that this is monies owed to Discount Tires but having lost my job2 years ago, and had major surgery due to those poisonous hip parts that needed to be replaced , during surgery my kidneys died so now am on dialyss 3 days per week 4 hours per session.  Hard to look forward for work when you have 3 days a week when you are not able to work.  I have sent letters and infored me that that I am unable at this time to make my commitment as I am just hanging by my fingertips to keep my home I have lived in for over 20 years so that I am not homeless and living on the street.  They do not understand -- maybe they do not want to ?

If you play silly w/ them on the phone, they won't call for another 5-7days. They also call from the numbers:

These people call and call constantly on my cell.  Speaking Spanish.  I've repeatedly asked them to stop calling but they continue.  This couldn't be a debt collector as I don't owe money.
