got a call didnt answer. no msg left

This number continues to show on my caller ID.  It shows as "unknown", and no message is ever left.  I thought it was probably a misdialed number, but the caller continues to phone.  I'm concerned, because the caller does not want to be identified, and they never leave a message.  I have two young children, and I would not want them to unknowingly pick up the phone and possibly have a dangerous conversation with this caller.

I've gotten at least five missed calls..no messages..and and weird times of the day--very early morning or late night.

have you guys ever tried to see who it was by maybe calling it back. most likely a recording would answer. It's World Finacial Services

No messages left and keeps calling

I looked it up on a different site too .. World Financial Network is the company that handles credit cards for stores like Victoria's Secret and NY & Co.  Turns out that I had an outstanding balance on my VS card.  I had enrolled in electronic billing ... but never got the bills.  (Go figure!).  So if you have an account with one of those stores, check your balance.  I never actually answered the phone though, so we'll see if they stop calling.

Started getting this on Jan 5 today.
Same calling pattern has former 303-255-5104 & 614-729-6041.
Woman's voice, demands to talk to a certain woman. Always says business call.

Called me 4 times within a matter of 24 hrs, and did not leave a message. Started calling at early times in the morning on friday 8am, 5pm, 7:30pm, and saturday at 8:47am. Who calls that early especially on saturday mornings if they dont know you?

They called me asking for my daughter 6 times in 6 hours starting early Sunday morning. Woke me up out of bed. They said it is World Finacial Services. I asked to talk to the woman's supervisor and she refused. so I swore at her and slammed the phone down. If they call me again today they will be so sorry. They are gonna think that they reached Satan. I wish telemarketing was illegal.

I'm getting calls from this number 3-4 times a day. They never leave a message & refuse to leave a message when my anyone else answers the phone. I do have WFS accounts but they are current or have no balance whatsoever. They call on Sundays & after 9 PM!

They have been calling my office phone number for about 3 years.  Usually the line is dead and they hang up.  Sometimes someone will ask for a Julie *****, a person I don't know.  I tell them that Julie no longer has this number, to please stop calling. They hang up and keep calling.  Today, I learned that they want to talk to Julie regarding a Maurices account.  I asked what it will take for them to stop calling and she said that I must give them Julie's current phone number!!!

NCO Financial uses WFNNB to harass NCO debtors. If you are an NCO debtor and you answer the phone, no one will respond. Call will automatically terminate.

I continously get calls (approx. 4 times a day) from this number from as early as 8:00 am till after 9:00 pm.  No messages are left.  Very annoying as it wakes me up!

I keep getting calls from this number. I believe it started yesterday February 25th they called throughout the whole day. Today [the 26th] they called around 8:30 AM, i had just gotten up. I'm getting sick of this number calling non-stop already. I'm about to lay it on them.

Incoming call on my cell at 8:45 AM PST.  Called it back from my office line at work.  The mystery is not much of a mystery caller at all...

World Financial Network National Bank

Receiving calls from this # since yesterday (on my cell). When I called back, it says: "World Financial Network, National Bank"....  Since I don't know anyone working for such a "company" (?)  - in KS, no less - I hung up.

I assume this is a Telemarketer....
