It's a collection agency - Kansas Counsellors --- they call under numerous numbers and act like they're a friend calling on the rare occasion that they actually leave a message.  Usually they just call several times a day without leaving a message if you don't answer.

Left live message from "April", asking for someone with similar, but wrong name. Gave this # 9138157335 on message, but caller ID said 913-284-7569

Received a VM at work from this # 913-815-7335, The caller asking someone to call back.

Called my cell, and my fiance answered. They refused to tell him where they called from, or what the call was about; only that it was a "business matter". They put him on hold & left him there for 10 minutes, then hung up on him.

This number calls my husbands cell all the time. Quite frustrating because they are looking for the wrong person. They don't leave a message and often is a series of numbers used from Kansas Collectors. Since they do not leave a message he calls them back and has told them he doesn't know who their target is... they are not nice. And they keep calling him. He ends up hanging up on them. They JUST really suck! The last number they used was 913-815-7335. Avoid calling at all cost!

It was actually Kansas Counsellors.  I got it wrong ;)

It's a debt collection agency that tries to play like you have done some sort of business with them in the past. Then they tried to get me to tell them my birth date and address to verify who I was, I would never give them that information.

Repeatedly call my number. Kansas Counselors. They use spoof numbers. The bill in question was for my grand daughter ($35 whole dollars) as a result of her medicaid card having the wrong name 4 times). Spoke with the pediatricians office, forwarded the information to Kansas Counselors 4 times, yet they continue to call. I have reported them numerous times, as well as forwarded the information to Medicais, Lee's Summit Physicians (MO) and still no satisfaction. This time I informed them (after being hung up on by the initial "person" who answered) that I have reported them to Claire McCaskill, the AG's office, no call list violation, etc. The last "person" "Ken" said I wasn't even the person they were trying to reach, and my number would be "removed".....har - that'll be the day. Now on the call the pediatrician's office to speak with the Dr. directly. Enough is enough.

No good rotten liars and theives. Collectors for medical bills.

I googled their number and they are Kansas Counselors of Kansas City in Shawnee Mission Kansas. The same guy there answers the phone, for each line they call from. They blow up my phone every day, even on Sundays early in the morning. Every time I block their number they end up calling from a different phone number. I keep telling them I do not owe any bill but they continue to call. How many phone numbers do these [***] have? They tell me the're collecting on a doctor bill of a about $100?? Really? You should be collecting from those who owe in the thousands and up, if, the bills are legit. We pay our bills and don't owe any bill to any doctor. I'll just keep blocking every number they call from until they run out of phone numbers.

Tell them that you dispute the bill. They will have to stop calling.

They called today demanding I give them my date of birth, SSN, and my street address before they would even tell me why they were calling. Said it would violate HIPAA. I told them I did not have any medical bills that I owed any money on. I told them I had researched them and they were obviously a scam. He told me they had an "A+" rating with the BBB! And even though I said under the fair debt act they have to tell me what they were calling on. They told me they did not. I told them to mail me their dispute then. They said they had numerous times and I have never received a piece of mail from them. They eventually hung up. I am not giving any personal information to thei

I also received a call today and when I answered, the operator said "hold for a call". That was my first clue. Then this guy comes on wanting to speak to a specific person and wanted a birthday "for verification" as the person they are looking for has "failed to respond to letters". After a few minutes, I told him there would be no kind of information, to quit calling or I would file harrassment charges, He "told" me (BIG mistake) to check out the number he was calling from and call him back, This sounded suspicious, so there will be no calls returned.

I just got a called about my deceased husband. The man said his name was dakota and to hold on. He put me on hold and I hung up

I too got a call from this number asking for my birthday and social security number.  He told me he was looking at the information, but needed to verify it with me.  When I told him to tell me what he was looking at and I would let him know if it was right or wrong, he said he would call me another day.  Forget him!!!

This number has called me 3 to 4 times a week for months. At first when I answered no one replied. So I quit answering when I saw the number on caller ID. So it rings until they get my voice mail and then hang up. I owe no bills so don't know why they keep calling. I have probably not handled the annoyance well. Checking today to see how I block this number.

I received a call from this number with a girl saying, "I have someone on the line for you.  Could you please hold?" I waited over 2 mins and then hung up.  Glad I did after reading these posts.  Thanks!  913-815-7335 showing from Olathe, KS

I do not answer calls that list as unknown, private or are blocking their number. This number calls and leaves messages that are unintelligible so I cannot tell who they are calling for or why they are calling. The caller ID just has the number and Olathe Kansas. I have been getting calls for several weeks now and sometimes they call several times in one day. When I search it Kansas Counselors comes up in the search.

I first got a call from this number and was at work. they guy (Tom) asked me to verify my DOB, last four of SS# or street address so he could verify he didnt have my mom or sister on the phone. I refused and then hung up, i called him back and informed that he sounded like an idiot because if it was my mom or sister i think they would know my DOB. lol He then started arguing with me and told me he asked for the year i was born only. He clearly asked for DOB my co-workers heard him as i had him on speaker phone in my office. He said i have your current address here with all your information and i said i doubt it he said a city and i told him he was wrong i have never lived there and then he said they would call me back. HAHA what a joke! The company i work for gets bills from this company all the time. We own properties and pay some utilities. We get squared away with our utility company before we get shut off notices then we get bills from kansas counselors. Its all a joke. Whats funny is i deal with the utility companies all the time and they tell me if we owe for a bill or they wont start services at any of our other houses. Kansas Counselors says we still owe for some of these bills and if the utility company isn't worried about it and says we dont owe money thats all that matters. Get your stuff straight and go F yourself Kansas Counselors!

Called my work. I'm a teacher so they actually made it through our secretaries who screen calls like mad. The Caller ID said #FIVE9 INC. Interrupted my teaching and asked for me using my old married name. Told the kid on the phone that this was a school and to never call back again. I slammed the phone down and let him chew on that.
