Call from "Cyber Crime Unit"  you are a prime suspect in a case with 3 allegations against you.  The usual heavy accent with an American name.  Some day they will all stop.  Bull wacky.

I received this call yesterday from Officer Kevin Foster of the Cyber Crime Unit.  He called my cell  and work phones.  He didn't say what company he was from, but just the cyber crime unit.  Of course, it was a man with a heavy accent.  I wish these scam artists will go  find real jobs and leave hardworking people alone.  I am over it!

Received a call today stating a team of officers will come to my job and take me in to custody for further interogation. What a joke. Been receiving these calls for over 5 years. Not sure how they get away with threatning people for no reason.

I just received a call from this number stating that they are going to send officers to interrogate me more because there is a legal case against my name. Wow, I hope they can find me to clear this up. I'm REALLY tired of these people calling me, threatening me, and then telling me to "have a blessed day." What a joke!!!

I received a call from Stacy Fox at Cooper Law Firm.  I was told that there is a law suit against me and that I am being charged for 3 crimes.  They asked for my attorney's information and that I was going to be picked up and hed for interrogation for 24-48 hours.  When I asked what this was involving and why I had not received any information about something that allegedly occurred years ago, I was asked for personal information which I refused to give, as well as requesting that they not call me at my place of employment.  When I asked again what I allegedly had done to result n this call I was transferred to a supervisor, Travis Dunn.  They were unable to provide any informtaion in writing (via internet) and they claim that they sent the information to a very old email of mine that I have not used in years and that had been hacked.  This call was very alarming and annoying.  There must be something that can be done to stop calls like this!!

I received the same message today.  They always trying to scam someone out of money.

I got this exact call from "Travis Dunn" at "coopers law firm" saying I owe 500 some dollars to cash net USA for a fraudulent loan and 3 additional criminal charges. After he told me all of the charges against me I told him that I am underage and that I need to call my parents to know what to do because I had no idea what was going on. He said that if I would pay $100 dollars then it would be fine because he wouldn't submit the claim and that I don't have time to call my parents before he would have officers come and take me to jail. Keep in mind he is aware that I am UNDERAGE. I kept explaining to him I don't understand, let me call someone, I can't even take out a loan because I am underage and so on. He was so rude and I told him I would not continue until I had at least been in contact with my parents because they were at work. He reluctantly let me off and said I only had 15-20 minutes. I called my mom and she said it sounded like a scam but rushed home. She called him back and he said he couldn't even tell her my email, which was supposedly what linked me to the crime. She said for him to email me with further information if this is true. She hung up and we called our local authorities just to confirm it was a scam, and of corse it was. If I was guilty, which I am not, I am underage they are not allowed to pursue civil actions towards me. In addition, we called Cash Net USA and found out that you cannot even take out a loan in my state. Glad I didn't have to learn the hard way. He was very willing to take advantage of my misunderstandings and my age! I am left a little shaken by this and very discouraged that a person would do such a thing. Moral of the story: Travis Dunn is a cruel scammer, he calls and says he is from Coopers Law Firm and it is located in New York, the number was (914)-236-6152

These are scam artists.  You need to report the number to the FTC and your local State Attorney General's office.  You can access the FTC online and file a complaint, not sure anything will be done.  These people call from overseas and use a US telephone routing system to make the calls so that they are not traceable.  Just ignore them and hang up on them.  You cannot be arrested in this country for bad debts.  Good Luck

I received a call today from the Cooper LAw firm. This is a scam. God bless those people that have jobs like that.

I received this message today, telling me that I have charges against me and I need to have my attorney contact them with my information or a warrant will be sent out to arrest me and I will be held in jail until further notice. They asked that I do not disregard this message and contact them no later than today. The name of the law firm was Coopers law.  This becoming annoying and something has to be done.

I received a message from (914) 236-6152 he identified himself as Stacy Falks, from the Cooper law firm, he stated that a case had been filed against me and he needed my attorneys' phone number, or I would be taken into custody.....  Really!!!

I got a voicemail from them today. I called back and informed them that my dad works for the FBI and that I was just warning them that action would be taken on Monday (a lie of course).

I received a call from a man from a man on my voicemail and this man told me that I took a loan out online for $18000 and that I have been charged with three types of counts for theft and that the bank had to file for bankrupt and if I had a lawyer and that I could pay $90 for a oorc whatever he said that was but it was to stop the case on me and basically say that it was somebody else taking my identity and he would give me 30 mins to be able to call somebody and get the $90 for the so called oorc application and that if I didn't reply within that time that I will be prosecuted for refusal of cooperation and that a warrant would be put out for my arrest!!!!

they left message for me that I have a warrant for my arrest.  I wish the FBI or the Attorney General of NY, NJ would
look into this and put these guys behind bars!!  These guys have done this to many people and have taken  their money!

Received a call this am at 0730 stating that I had a warrant for my arrest and if I did not call back I would have officers sent to arrest me. I had two reactions, one shock because I have never been in trouble with the law and have not done anything to contribute to this. Second, fear because I have had my identity stolen before and it was such a mess to deal with. Basically, the man (with a heavy accent and calling himself officer Daniel) stating he was from a criminal division that handles internet crimes stated I had fraudulently borrowed money and the borrower had indicated to them I was refusing to pay them. As none of this is true, and the man was very vague on details, I asked what needed to be done to challenge this and he instructed me how to send a money order of sorts to "put the case on hold" and then the financing department would help me with the rest. Um, no! So they have been reported once again, but it doesn't look like this does anything to stop them.

I just got the same call today, and could not disconnect from it. It was different and after I ask for more proof they hung up.

I has them call me an say there from New York, and they wanted my lawyers number lol that I was going to jail. They had a warrant for me. I said for one buddy u would call the sheriff not me he said " you think Obama will help you" I said what the f**k? Lol have a nice day and hung up.

i got a call from this number saying he worked Jacob Murphy law and they are coming to come and arrested me with sheriffs and i need to call there before they arrest me. they need to be stopped
