cst called in asking iwe were affiliated with this company

I recieved a call from someone saying he was Senior Investigating Officer Jason Anderson he had a very thick Arabic or Iranian accent he said he was calling me because I had a legal case pending against me and that he needed some info, he said that he had my home address and phone number  in his data base and that he was going to send a police officer to my home or my place of employement to arrest me if I refused to call him back and give him the information he needed, he told me I have 48 hours to contact him or I would be in serious trouble, he than told me that I was a bad person because I defaulted on a loan and that I should be punished, I called him back and asked him what company he was with and all he said was an officer of the law representing some fraud company,  he asked me for my work address and other personal information, I told him that I was not giving that information to him, until he could tell me more about the situation, he than proceeded to start cussing and telling me that I was going to be arrested. I told me he was an officer of the law  I asked him for his badge number he said he did not have to give me that information and than I said what precint to do work for and he said it was none of my business. I told him he was not getting any info fro me until I got more information from him, he than said Good Luck you will be sorry and hung up.

I have received multiple calls from this number. Both to my home number and to my place of employment. All the calls have been from a woman with a very heavy Indian accent. Calling from a company called National Afidavit Processing Company. She has left multiple messages stating that she has "time sensitive legal matter to discuss". I called the number back today and got a man with a heavy Indian accent. He "reviewed the case" and told me that i was being sued for a payday loan that I never took out..I have used payday loans but never from the company that I am being "sued" by.
Not to mention, I have always paid them, have not had any in years, and certainly do not have any outstanding loans....!
I asked him to verify my personal information, so he went through and told me where I banked, my address, 2 friends names, and recited my full SS#. When he asked me how I wanted to settle, I said that i knew it was a scam, having done my homework online :-) He quickly became rude and said that he would see me in court in California on Monday and threatened my friends as well.
THIS IS A SCAM. DON'T LET THEM SCARE YOU!

I got numerous harrassing calls today from this number.The guys name was Dennis Peterson .
He even called my place of employment and spoke to my manager. I am upset with these call.
I have never took out a pay day loan . he said I owed them money, he had all my information,
my fathers name. He made rude comments.
He said he was from  NAPD. A debt collector.
He was gonna sue me and take me to court. this needs to stop now.
