Had the same thing. Think it's a scam.

Just had it 5 minutes ago also.  Not going to call back.  I believe Chase would call me.

I got the text, and called the phone number on the back of my card. They said it was a scam.

Same - Chase confirmed it is a scam.

I got the same text just now. I instead called Chase service. They said they never send texts or email alerts. SCAM... Not sure what kind.

Same, I got the text at 10:42 am ET, it's a scam.

Hi - received a SMS that said

"(Chase Online - Alert: 14989246) - Dear 4106276381@vtest.com - Call our office immediately at (914) 948-5765"

I didn't call b/c it looked like a scam.

SAME MESSAGE--as others. scammer to my cell as text. not happy about this.sick of this allowed to happen.

I got the same exact text message and I don't even have a Chase credit card.  Glad to hear it's a scam and not identity theft where someone opened a chase card in my name.

Received same message.  Deleted message as if a company was trying to reach me, such as Chase, they would call my number - not text.

I just got a text from this coming telling me to call Bank of America and to call them to "avoid su" and then nothing more.......They can call me if they  need to talk to me!

Text message stating it was Bank of America and that I needed to contact them immediately at 914-948-5765 to 'avoid a suspension'.
Really?  Poorly done scam...

I decided to call this number and it was automated answering advising me that due to suspicious activity on my debit card they had to lock my card and wanted my account number..............THIS IS A SCAM FOLKS as I don't have any cards through Bank of America which is where their original text said the call was from!

I received the text message stating it was from "BankOfAmrica" just a few minutes ago; did not call back.

At 1:10p I received this text message on my mobile phone (letter for letter):
contact-vmskdnuw@noformen.com: (URGET) VIAMER1839NUDN - You have received this message from Bank0fAmrica_Contact now : 914-948-5765_and avoid suspension. Thank you !VUSAND91

This is clearly a scam as Bank of America would not misspell their corporate name. I contact B of A using the number on the back of my card and they confirmed the message did not come from them.

Just got a text, had this number in the text for a call back. was from "contact-vmaknsr@covertlaw.com"  tried to text back wouldn't go. text said "(URGENT) BURNW1938QNEUV - You have received this message from BankOfAmrica_Contact now: 914-948-5765 and avoid suspension. Thank you !GJSU3819"  .... the grammar in this isn't even legit. called the number just rang so i hung up. I do not have an account with BOA. actually i had one for the Unemployment card but that was along time ago. i checked that account and it's all fine nothing has changed or been used.  COMPLETE SCAM.
