- MeghanI got the same exact text message and I don't even have a Chase credit card. Glad to hear it's a scam and not identity theft where someone opened a chase card in my name.

Really? Poorly done scam... - LauraI decided to call this number and it was automated answering advising me that due to suspicious activity on my debit card they had to lock my card and wanted my account number..............THIS IS A SCAM FOLKS as I don't have any cards through Bank of America which is where their original text said the call was from!

This is clearly a scam as Bank of America would not misspell their corporate name. I contact B of A using the number on the back of my card and they confirmed the message did not come from them.- Caller: SCAM / SPAM Message
- BethanyJust got a text, had this number in the text for a call back. was from "contact-vmaknsr@covertlaw.com" tried to text back wouldn't go. text said "(URGENT) BURNW1938QNEUV - You have received this message from BankOfAmrica_Contact now: 914-948-5765 and avoid suspension. Thank you !GJSU3819" .... the grammar in this isn't even legit. called the number just rang so i hung up. I do not have an account with BOA. actually i had one for the Unemployment card but that was along time ago. i checked that account and it's all fine nothing has changed or been used. COMPLETE SCAM.
