Extreme Surge, a male enhancement product company.  If you're getting a call, someone from your number called or inquired ONLINE for their product.   Hmmm...

It's annoying, they call again and again, won't take me of their list, they also use different last four digits

Calls then no answer I hang up

After no answer on the line, I called the number back and it took a few minutes, but I got a customer service rep and had my number put on their do not call list.

They called 17 times in two weeks, and we are already on the no-call list!!

No one on other end when answered, robot dialer I think.

If they keep calling you with different spoof numbers but all from the same area for example spoof number is from 915 area code. See if your call blocker allows wild cards. If it does like mine does enter the area code in as 915* and "poof" any number called from 915 area code will be blocked

Keep getting calls from this number.  About two or three a day for last two months.  I have never answered.

Stop calling me I don't want what you have or anything you got don't call any more
