There's something fishy about this number and company, I do not know anyone in prison and do not get or accept collect calls, it called me early today informing me I have accepted collect phone calls and thatthe rates of the calls are changing, perhaps it is from the previous owners of this number but I have had it a few weeks so I know there have not been any collect calls accepted here.

The call came in saying it was from a correctional facility and to except this call to dial a certain number or to block this number to call another number. I don't know anybody who is in a correctional facility.so I didn't dial any number. Then the call said goodbye and hung up, We just had our phone number changed a few months ago. so maybe it has something to do with the previous owner of our unlisted/private number,

I did not answer this call because I was speaking to my son at that time.
No message was left , but the call was made at 9.27 pm CST.

got a call tonight but I was in a meeting. No voice mail but when I called it, it said that the business was closed and would be open from 8 am to 11 pm eastern.
Not going to call it. sounds fishy

I got a call from this number  915-613-5873 at 10:15pm I on my cell phone I didn't hear the phone at first ringing , then I called the number back and it is globel link for collect callls for prison calls.

i got this same call on 7/2/10 at 7:57 pm in california. called back and was told I would be recalled in two hours.

i received a call from this number. it was an automated system telling me that an inmate tried to call me but the services were blocked. then it gave me a number to call to set up a pre-pay account. i do, however, know somebody who is incarcerated. and it is indeed global tel-link. alot of times inmates have nobody to talk to and will just dial random numbers hoping that somebpdy on the other end will accept the charges and talk to them. often times it's a wrong number and they didn't mean to call you at all. but if you don't know anybody in jail, your best bet is to just block the number. you don't want anybody in your household accidently accepting charges - many of them are quite costly!global tel-link

i received a call at 10.40am (20 min ago) and i answered. an automated voice said something about an inmate from a correctional facility has been unsuccessfully trying to reach me and that they have a new system for collect calls.....and if i was interested in accepting the collect call i need to set up a prepaid account. i hung up.

this number has called me before. i've answered twice before and as soon as i hear the automated voice i hung up. i checked my call history and this number has called me 11 times in the past 2 months. i hadn't realized that they called that much because often times i didn't answer the phone or i didn't hear my phone ring.

i just blocked this number on my phone.

should i inform my phone company???? (it's a cell phone) i'm worried now that i actually listened through the entire message..

I just got a call from 915 613 5873@ 4:17 today Oct 1. I saw a weird number on my caller ID and did not anwser. It leaves a voice mail, A womens voice. All it said was 6 7 7 0 4 8 9 6. thats it,WAY to weird. Another piece of the puzzle I guess.

I don't know who this is from but who cares? just don't accept it and don't call the numbers they tell you to.  You're not a sheep

Same but I did write sevial high profile inmates in CA.Do they tell you where the call's are coming from????

the message asks you to call 866-770-4896 (GTL), if you call they instruct you to open an account so you can accept collect calls on your cell phone

this # is out of el paso texas they were lookn for my x wife who they claim used me as a reference and thats all they would say...i hung up on them!

Called had wrong name not mine

The company finally told me they were CSII and a call center. They wouldn't tell me why they were calling just that they needed to speak with me. They were very rude. I blocked the number.
