weekly calls.  i have called back and left a message to not be called again but it continues.  company listed as "the carpet cleaning experts."

These jerks call several times a week .  Find  out the host companies name and bury them on yelp annd some of the services reference sites

lets call and give them a dose of their junk.

I suggest everyone make an appointment for Ray's carpet cleaning for a time/date when you will not be at home. I think if enough people send his people on false calls he may get the message. I, too, filed a complaint with the Do No Call fregistry.

Don't think doing that would be too smart. Follow this advice and if Ray sees it, your home is open territory to rob. Think first before something like this.

Carpet Cleaning Experts are calling me too, constantly. When I try to call back for an appointment or to speak to a person I cannot leave a message. How maddening! --Sacramento CA

This is a very obnoxious message.  People that I know who also get these messages, absolutely would never do business with this person.  He has no respect for the do not call list, and you never have a chance to leave a message, because his return messages are fulll  Probably with people like me.  This feels like a real invasion on my rights.

If anyone ever finds out the info for Ray's, post it so we can bury them in yelp and Angies list and the FTC.

They call once a week at least even tho I request do not call

Just like the other folks here we get up to 2-3 calls a week from this 'Ray's Carpet Cleaning' or 'The Carpet Cleaning Experts' despite the fact that 1) we are listed in the Do Not Call Registry and 2) have requested they stop calling via messages at the 916-234-9398. I've reported it to the Do Not Call site as well as the Better Business Bureau - which found this number registered to a Las Vegas company.

Everyone should make an appt for these jerks, just send them to another home in your area, don't make appt for your own home. Just pick a random address and give them a false name. Make them spend half their days showing up to appts that don;t exist. Maybe they will get the point. How annoying is that telemarket call? "hellooooooo! Just hate it!

Go out and take a quick class in citizen's arrest (about 1 hour and not difficult).  When the cleaner he's fronting for shows up, put him under citizen arrest and send for the cops.

Once "Ray's" money men get hit w wasted time, fines, and etc. they will get the message.

Repeated calls

I suggest we all get together and file suit against the carrier and the company. It was successully done in England. I'm sure it has been done in the US successfully in the US as well. I've tried all of the above! I somehow found the number linked to 01 Communications.  When i called them they said the service provider was Y Max communications.  Guess who Y Max is? Magic jack!!! File a complaint with the F C C.

The owner of this phone number is a scammer from Las Vegas. He suckers in people at all levels, and in the meantime pisses off anyone who might be a valid customer with his insulting and insidious phone messages.

This guy and his company is classic Bait/switch.  They go in saying it will be a low price, do a "demo" to show the "deep cleaning system", then high pressure to get you to go from a $40 ticket to well over $300.  When you complain, the technician has to call in to get a "discounted package price" of $200 or so, and the longer you complain, the lower the price goes.

We are getting daily calls again from this inconsiderate jerk. He laid off for awhile but is now back. Does anyone know the physical address of the Belcastro's operation?
