have a missed call on my Maryland cellphone from this number. Who the heck is it?

just called it back; it's a company that is selling win this, win that scam  block it

UPDATE: just called number back. If you get the recording and wait long enough, you can block future calls by pressing option 3.   Company name sounded something like Solo or Solar to download something on you mobile phone.

I got a call from 916-239-2565.  I didn't answer it and they left no message.  I thought telemarketers weren't allowed to call unsolicited.

i just got a call from them call 213-702-9900 and speak to ugo sanches, juan chaves, luis martinez. the number is registered to Digitcom Services LLC this is a direct number, they will tell u that it is owned by telephone mgmt llc they returned it to digitcom llc

the number they called from was 916-219-8187 sorry

I just got called from (916) 239-2565 on Monday night at 9:11pm. I didn't pick up and they left no message.

I need to know who own this number, because, i got a call.  no body answer me when i pick up the phone.
